  • Much too fast...but I know why you did that...ya big show-off :) one day I'll be able to play that well...I wish you would do a tutorial on this song. Love that run at the end !

  • and then he just looks at the camera... LOL

  • great! i only played ffcc echoes of time and ff4, but i think that ff4 is the most epic, tha story the songs i love how fast u can play this o_o

  • you shud start putting up shee tmusic for this stuff

  • Song request! Can you play the FF IV battle with Zeromus?

  • WROOONNNNNGGGGGGG

  • EPIC

  • Very skilfully done!

  • For everyone that complained on the speed of this song, the "FFIV Piano Collections" reduced the speed by almost 1/2 of a 1/2. He played it the speed it was ORIGINALLY composed (aka the original ffiv on snes "ff2." He played it perfect. 5***** & Genious!

  • I'm so impressioned nice job :D

  • ff IV, hyper fighting! Good stuff!

  • awww. The tempo is a teeny bit too fast. But super close to the actual speed.

  • Epic Final Stare...

  • i like it fast.

  • @Kokomokox thats what she said

  • @Kokomokox why'd you just reply to your own comment? :P But lol

  • So good!! I want to play the same way but could be better a little slower. :)

  • 19 people lost in anormal battle

  • lol the last bit is impossible to me. very well played.

  • You are the salt of the earth.

  • Is your piano using A-435 tuning? It sounds a little low to my ears...

  • speed 1,5x =3

  • I like it the way it is. He played it faster and he didnt mess up once, that shows that he has alot of talent. You better go pro with this or ill be upset!

  • @DarcAvenger540 I counted eight mistakes.

He's good, but not Pro Material(if were talking concert pianist)

  • Ok, truth is that he did played it faster, but just a tiny bit ! Its the best random battle song of FFIV on youtube after all imo.

  • 0.0

my face the whole time xDD

  • Very nice work, but would it kill you to smile? You always look so damned intense like you have gun held to your head as you play >_>

  • @Writtenjustice Why is it that everyone expects to see others smile all the damned time? I smile when something has made me happy or has made me laugh. I think people who walk around with a smile on their face 100% of the time are probably suffering from some kind of mental condition.

  • @DemonWizzard I think you would have a good point if I actually demanded he or anyone else smile THAT much. This guy NEVER smiles, dude >_>

  • For the 15 people who gave this a thumbs down; I'd like to see you play this.

  • Decent. However, like many before me, I can tell that you are playing it faster than the original, which would be fine if you weren't rushing through it. Also, as many have also noted, your song is incomplete. Try again, this time play the entire song, and try not to make the listener feel like you are rushing to get through the song.

  • that is close to the real tempo

  • wow impressively fast :O great play

  • man, u are mad with skill! i played that game for a couple of years, and you re-created my favorite song!

  • man that the easy part, you are just playing it fast, that is not armonius, the good part is exactly the next where you finish, and that is fast , the beggining have to be slowly and armonius, try playing that way, and play the next part too

  • My hero.

  • Awesome but slow down a bit, Jebus.

  • wonderfulllll

  • good job on this :)

  • Wow... Immense!

  • Love your stare, and your piano play of course ^^

  • You have to play ff4.. BEST EVER!! You are awesome :D

  • I just LOVE the tempo! In 45 seconds you can leave people dumbfounded (especially with the last 3 seconds!)

  • That was Ok.

  • your watch is on the wrong hand :|

  • lol

  • @iamagiantseaturd

    who cares.

  • @BluntAnim

    I do.

A watch is supposed to be worn on the left wrist because the winding post is located on the right side of the watch.

  • @BluntAnim Well I certainly learned something.

  • @GIR177

    huh?

  • @BluntAnim

As to why watches are worn on the left wrist.

  • Awesome vid, love how you re-did it to more of what you heard less read, awesome pianist! sad you haven't done anything recently. Huge fan.

  • haha dude this was SO good.

I have to track down the sheet music.

  • Playing the music and not the games is against the rules. Just sayin'.

    Though that was pretty good.

  • Play Final Fantasy 4. Its the BEST one in the series.

  • ive always been a final fantasy 5 and 6 guy. but 4 is really good

  • 才能の無◎遣いw

  • awsome just like ur other vids

  • oh dude end was amaazing

  • yea i agree with smaddy. This does seem about the tempo of the original. Good job man. Its going to be a long time before I play the song as good as you.

  • 誰!?あんた

  • I think it's fine, the original is pretty much this fast. He might be a tiny, slight bit fast, but it doesn't by any means ruin the song.

Nice work on this, that must be pretty difficult to play so fast and not make mistakes.

  • I like it the way he played, it still sounds great.

  • never played? :| play FF!

  • just great. How long did it took you to learn it?

  • Slow down man! Great job, seriously, but please slow down...

  • It might just me, don't flag me down, but playing this tune too fast kills its soul a bit... Take time to play it with the appropriate tempo, making it epic and really nice :)

  • Comment removed

  • I take that back. Aleph_infinity/5

  • what did he do?

  • Perfect. Aleph_naught/5

  • nice work sir.

  • o_o

This is the epitome of awesome awesomeness.

  • oooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmgggggggggggggggg

u are awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! il ove that song =)

  • GO CHOCOBO!!!!!!

  • your such an inspiration

  • That is just PERFECT. Kudos to you. ^_^ For this you get ∞/5

  • Well, I have this game for the SNES (FFII) and this is, indeed, too fast.

    But it's still good :-P

  • Check the original song. It originally takes 50 seconds to loop. He plays it in 40 (from :02 to :42).

I still like his performance, though. But it is slightly faster.

  • @siphonsoul no it's not, actually he played it faster

  • @siphonsoul It was too fast. The actual battle theme is here:

    youtube.com/watch?v=ED_BrLAfmnQ&feature=related

About 51 seconds from beginning to end, while he does it about 5 to 7 seconds faster.

  • @siphonsoul eh, not exactly true. the original song is very fast, but not this fast. either way, awesome video and awesome playing.

  • かっちょいー^^

  • Is that slang? or part of a dialect? i don't know that word... :(

  • ... i like it a little slower...

  • OMFG AWSOME

  • I was uncontrollably humming lol

  • too fast.

  • Amazing.

  • Maybe a little bit too fast, but great playing anyway. I love this song to death, easily the best FF battle theme ever, and I love playing the melody on piano, but the left hand part from 0.17 to 0.36 is giving me trouble... not to mention the fast part at the end. Just can't really figure them out. Man I suck.

  • 見事!!

  • You sure got tallent!!!

  • loved it good job

  • very good.

  • BRAVO!!!!!! that was omg good

  • really good

looks hard no way anyone i know could do it :P

  • nice job man love this theme

  • Wow! Awesome playing! ^_^

  • Perfect. Oh my goodness

  • Did you take lessons? Or learn it on yor own?

  • okay we know your very talented my dude but u need to play it at its actual tempo next time lol

  • Have you ever actually played the game? That's actually pretty damn close to the actual tempo.

  • It always annoyed me that they slowed the tempo on the piano collections album, it didn't really suit the song. I reckon this is the best version on YouTube.

  • You are good indeed. Please try the FF7 battle theme. You would do great!

  • If anyone ever mentions FFVII on a FFIV video they need to be killed immediately lol

Very good job man that was an awesome piano cover that seemed pretty epic ^^

  • FF VII lol

Anyway's.....I agree, very good playing =]

  • omg this makes me so happy!

  • i love the death stare at the end of vids.

  • Have you seen it? For some reason, Chris does it in almost every video. Do you hate us, Chris? ;_;

  • this kid is the shizzznitiles ten thumbs up

  • this would take me 10 decenium to learn. IMBAH! :D

  • awesome!

  • wow...nice

    good job!

  • Epic.

  • dude, that was awesome.

  • OMG how can u play this fast and this accurate? :P

    nice job dude :)

  • With the power of pure awesomeness.

  • You have an awesome version of this song.

The piano collection's one is too slow (IMO).

But this... this is just the BEST!

    Good job!

  • I think you played faster than the battle theme is suppose to be. Cool

  • cool can you teach us how to play the song on tutorial step by step please it would be nice if u do that

  • oh my god. please please please. come to albany new york and ill take you out!

  • Perfect.

    5/5

  • nice job man!

  • Perfect.

  • I love how you glare at the camera before you start playing. Gangsta!

    Nice recording by the way.

  • Where did you get the sheet music for this specific version? If you haven't played the game how did you learn the original rendition? Sounds EXCELLENT. A+++++

  • legend

  • Flipping awesome.

  • That was sweet, especially the last part, awesome talent.

  • That was amazing! I wish I could play the piano.

  • That was epic, especially the run at the end.

  • talent

  • my favorite FF! that song was played perfectly.. wow. June 22nd! FFIV DS comes out in the US! woo WOO!

  • no, it's JULY 22

  • whoops, that's what i meant to write. but you are right, it is July.

  • you deserve 1 million USD

  • Awesome job man!

    5/5 stars ^_^

  • Great Scott!!! This is the best Final Fantasy piano interpretation I ever listened!!! Words are not enough to express how much I appreciated this. Congratulations, dude.

  • normally i dont request stuff but could u please do a tutorial?

  • You deserve 1 million USD.

    You are a winner

  • could you make a tutorial?

  • the US version on PS1 is insanely more difficult than the other versions...the last area is rediculous...every random battle are versus previous bosses.

  • hehe sounds like you're of the generation that grew up on games that had weaned down difficulty. I like the challenge.

  • no its not that i dont like the challenge, i was just replying to another comment that was talking about difficulty. If i didnt like the challenge i wouldn't have beat the game :D

  • wtf!! this was insane woah good job

  • are you eating something? it looks like you are sucking in your cheeks

  • Hahaha, I used to do that subconsciously a few years ago but never noticed it until I watched these videos of myself.

  • lol yeah it happens...i wonder if i do something like that too O.o

  • that was so cool!

  • (bit drunk), OMFG for the love of god all of you amazing musicians MUST GET better recording hardware.

All of this talent and such crappy mics =(((

WHY why can't people record these people for FREE, video game music is the BEST!

  • Very excellent,

now if the GBA port was easy enough to be beaten.

  • I thought the GBA port was of managable difficulty. Then again, I've played and beaten every version of FFIV that has come out in the US.

  • You probably played the US version. Try the EU version instead. That one got quite tough towards the end.

  • Fantastic, really. You´re awesome... I wish I could play as fast as that ^^

  • thats cause the sheet music wants him to play it "agiato"....

  • u play with much anger!~~

  • very fast fingers also good for playing video games good job.

  • 演奏直前と直後のカメラ目線がきになる。

  • I wanna hear the world theme also.

  • I think it was a bit too fast, I have not played the game. But this is my opinion, You can't hear the notes, you played so fast that alot of notes so died...

    Well that's my opinion...

  • This is another person playing the same thing at the begining, that person is playing ALOT slower but still you will hear a MAJOR diffrence.

If you listen att it you should understand what I mean with the comment above.

  • so fast! hands w/o shadows!

  • awesome skills!!!!

creepy stare @ the beggining though

    don't kill me

  • *just an observation* You must be left-handed. I say that because your watch is on your right hand. Am I right? What do I win?

  • could be that the left hand plays a similar or exact same notes, or notes where it's not required for the hand to move. But on the right hand it moves quite alot :).

  • Yeah you're right. I loose! I don't get the undisclosed prize! I do not pass go! I do not collect $200!

  • hihi xD

  • Haha, nope, I'm right handed. I've just always wore my watch on my right hand for some reason. Feels weird on the left. . .

  • Awesome! :o How much time did it take to you to learn that?! My hand would fall off if I played so fast xD

  • Wow nice, better if it were just a tad bit slower but very good work I like it :D

  • O.o 5/5 º-º

  • niiiice

  • Nice!!!! OMFg

  • that was good,

  • I wonder why people down rate your and shadows comment... :o
