The literal meaning of the drama title is: My man's woman. My korean is not good since I was born in the US but I watched most of the episodes with my girlfriend when they were airing via file sharing sites.

The story centers around married couple with a 2nd being the wife's best friend. Very interesting but very sad. I could not think of another ending to the drama being how popular the drama was in Korea.
