when he zooms in at 0:19 you can see a large silver cylinder. wich is a sign of a ricer. ontop of that as they pass by you can see it even better, and unless you have your sound down really low or off. you can easily hear the car as they pass by. but even though, you cant really tell if its a ricer or not unless you could hear it accelerate. if it was insanely loud, then ya. but if it was that loud and already at high RPM, no.. transmission could be messed up causing high RPM, not shifting right
