Sounds like Slash was deliberately trying to sabotage Scott on this tune. Slash is all over the place on the intro and first 2 versus! It's a fucking mess. Scott kept it going though despite Slash's bullshit!

So I re-listened to this song, and it's plain and obvious, that Slash fucked up this song and went right into the solo or bridge before the second verse was up. Weird! It's all over the place this version. Messy and just sloppy!

as much as i like vr and they're one of my favorite bands, im almost happy they're not together right now, cuz duffs doing loaded and kicking ass and killin it with them and slash had his album coming out with a ton of rock songs. i think they need a break from each other and get some inspiration to make a vr record. but thats my opinion so fuck off it you dont like it

I have to say I'm disappointed with this. There's just much more of a kick ass energy and velocity to the CD version over this. The band is good but Scott's vocals just don't stack up to the studio version. I'd have to say, in my opinion, that if Mr. Weiland had kicked his addictions years ago, not only would he look better, but sound better and have much more energy and consistency in his front man ways. Personally, I'm glad to see him out of Velvet Revolver. Scott, clean yourself up man.

I'm really disappointed that this band had to end like it did. Well, the lineup I mean. They coulda made some great music if they coulda only got along. In my opinion, they kept getting better and Libertad was just as good, if not better than Contraband.

in my opinion, Scott Weiland have made a wrong move to reunite with the DeLeo Bros. to reform STP. He was at his peak with Velvet Revolver. a complete waste of him to leave, but sometimes, things just doesnt happen the way you would want things to turn out to be. we wish him all the best with STP, and hope that VR get in a good lead singer with the calibre of Scott (Sebastian Bach formerly of Skid Row would be ideal).
