Hydogen peroxide is H0 - it reacts to produce H20 and CO2. Drinking it, just causes it to react with anything that it will react with - like your stomach lining. If you dog eats poison, an emergency ipecac is a capful of hydrogen peroxide - feed that to you dog and it will puke, because it produces so much gas.
