Whoever recorded this video is a complete moron. The police were using standard procedures when they were holding him down. Putting their knee on him like that is what they are supposed to do. You should really research the law before you start screaming police brutality. The only thing you accomplished with this video is making yourself look like an idiot. Read a book or perhaps the constitution.

No aeon23. As a police officer you have two choices. Arrest or release, the police officer in the video was doing neither and was technically torturing the man in handcuffs. Those other police officers are guilty also, due to the fact that they did not arrest the police officer who was committing the crime.

I am a british cop, We would be In deep trouble for keeping him in a position like that. That position can cause death. Its called positional disfunction, you dont get the correct amount of air into your lungs and when kept there for an extended period of time you can suffocate. The cop that was stood with his foot on his back should have known better. Were not all idots!

So all you have to do is ARREST the suspect, not torture them. It is not the police's duty to decide who is guilty and who is not and to then punish that person. Your job is to arrest those who commit crimes, and protect those who don't - and that's all your job is.

The cops were showing off to women how tuff they were. This cops hang outside the have a nice day cafe talking to ladies. They are known in using excessive force on people....totally abuse of power

Look at his legs and hands tied together from the back.His chest is on the curb. By the way this guy is an Iraq war veteran.Police noticed their pics were being taken and they cut out one by one.Even passers by pleaded with the police to make the guy comfortable instead they kept him on that position. I belive the soldier is from camp atturberry
