Bocanegra is our only good defender? Ever heard of Jonathan Spector (West Ham), Steve Cherundolo (Hannover 96), Heath Pearce, (Hansa Rostock), or Jay DeMerit (Watford).

Actually, the US has a great defense: Jonathan Spector (West Ham), Onyewu (Standard), Pearce (Hansa Rostock), Demerit, Simek, Cherundolo (Best US Defender, plays in the Bundesliga). You need to study the US some more before making comments like this..we will see what happens when they embarass England at Wembley

USA beat Poland, USA has more quality than Poland, Poland is a 2 1/2 start team. they get lucky in europe cuz no one expects them to win, and i highly doubt Poland used its main players as i did not recognize any of them. If USA can beat Spain, then i give them respect, but untill then, its like why even consider this a major win, when Poland aint that good. we'll see against Argentina and Spain how good they are

the US played splendid football. fast, creative, precise and technically perfect. the US players seemed to enjoy the game. Polish team played slow, with no conception, stressed - as if it was some kind of punishment to play the game.

Wow what a great match. I can say as an huge team USA supporter I cannot remember being more excited about a team. Bob Bradly has done an amazing job with the mix of youth and experience. This is the best crop of young American players EVER and I'm getting very excited for the upcoming matches on the road to 2010. I believe the USA can do very well at 2010 if they keep playing like this and devolping as a team. Then I step back for a second and think of 2014. WOW. Adu-24, Altidore-24, Bradley-25
