  • This made me cry

  • Share this video, helps fight child abuse.

  • I am a foster/adoptive parent I know first hand the psychological and emotional effects child abuse does to a child. I think this was well done and brings a very important issue a voice. In fact one of my girls has attachment issues and is having trouble bonding. She is on medication and will be in years of therapy. Severe abuse and neglect can lead to RAD Reactive Attachment Disorder these children usually end up being serial killers.

  • this is sooo sad it made my friend cry

  • when shes sayys momma dont do it, what is "it" what is she doing to her

  • @OHanswerME4Hamlet20 She takes an CLOTHING IRON and burns her.

  • This video makes me so sad, and makes me think what should I be doing differently with my own children. I suppose my wife would tell me if I'm missing anything. Love your video. Spreading the awareness is most important

  • Thedarksempyrean sent me over here, and i'm glad he did. This is a very touching video.

  • DarksEmpyrean sent me.

  • ( we should stop child abuse!!!!!) thumbs up if u agree its wrong to abuse a child!

  • It's so sad. :( But something so important to raise awareness about.

  • I actually had seen this one a while ago, this is how I met you. thanks for reminding me. AL

  • this made me cry.

  • where did you come up with this idea to do this video?

  • @Nekapeaka Sorry for the late response, but my idea was to do something more serious at the time. I work with kids, so naturally... the idea of "abuse"/bullying is always something I'm combating at my job. Also, I love the song and it was something I wanted to try to cover myself. Thanks for watching.

  • @Nekapeaka Why did you remove your comment? To answer your question... I do teach. I've worked with Pre-K, but I've worked all age groups.

  • great message. thanks for trying to help these poor kids. we learn a lot as we get older. a lot of us don't speak when we are younger but you learn with years and by that time, its too late to speak.

  • @TheDarksEmpyrean Actually, it's never too late to speak. You may not be able to change something in the past, but you certainly can change the present or future, and hopefully reach a kid/adult who may be in a situation that could benefit from your words or experience.

    Thanks for watching. ;)

  • Thank you for making this video. We must keep fighting the good fight to protect our children. Mom on the Streets, Warrior for Kids.

  • Another fave! I love your voice so much for this song. I'm glad you used this video to go with it. It makes me think of all the kids I once worked with and I bet it does you too.

  • wow

    this is a wicked video

  • Omg im like crying so hard right now, thats sad!

  • This video and song gave me goosebumps and made me cry. Your voice is beautiful, so I hope you keep up the amazing work. All the best. Heather. x

  • Made me very sad, but appreciate all the people who have survive abuse.

  • that was beautiful i really liked it

  • it sounds fake at the begging and it sounds like whoever made this repeated ''yes mommy'' listen to it again you'll see

  • Yes and no. It's actually an exerpt from the 70's sitcom GOOD TIMES. That is JANET JACKSON's voice in her role on the show as an abusive child. So yes, it's fake for the sake of the show, but there was nothing altered in the audio.

  • i hope youre fucking happy. idiot. that is unnacceptable on so many levels. i hope someone beats you after they read this.

  • i love this song i cry every time i see this because i was abused and thank god every day i made it through the abusivness and god gave me a second chance at life thank you god

  • beat children beat wife fwahahhaahha

  • This is beautiful.

  • Shut up ass hole!

  • the lil boi looks familiar i cant my mind on it i swear i never stop crying

  • sniff sniff

  • Very moving and well done!

  • wow this is amazing loved it well done

  • Very well done. this song and video breaks my heart. My cousin was only 4 years old when he was beaten and killed by a couple who took him in. since his mom died of cancer when he was only 2 years old, he was abused. He was sent from one home then another. due to the fact his father was a alcoholic, and he could not take care of all the kids. my little cousin did not even have a chance to survive once he got placed with these so called people. he was not even there a whole month.

  • Thats just wring i bursting out in tears now! you may think im a baby but i font care its just wrong

  • no not at all, its okay most of us here feal that way and some can relate.but its important to keep them in our prayers and hearts and ass long as thats that n people like u n me care god will always keep a specail place for them with his love and he will always bewith them.

  • I agree.... I don't think there is one problem with you feeling the way you do. It is a sad sad state and even in this day and age, we still have moronic parents who think they can hit their child for any stupid thing.

  • This made me remember the abuse I received by my 1 of my moms guy friends. I had 2 mute it cause I almost started 2 cry : (

  • Ahh, that is so sad. I hope now that you're "of age" you can over come it and move on with your life. ;)

  • The first bit of the video was heartbreaking! i really wish child abuse would stop were suppose to have babies and love them for life not ever hurt them;)

great song and great job with the video!:)

  • good job on the vid! hard to believe that child abuse is so pervasive, I still cant rap my head around the numbers of daily abuses...its way beyond what I can comprehend.

  • Hey there,

The video is very well done...the message an important one.

Really nice job, sounds good too.

    Shar.

  • I agree. Thanks for taking the time in watching the video. It's appreciated. ;)

  • Great message ...if people learn to deal with their own issues before having children.

I got a goose skin when I saw this video.

Wil, your voice is amazing. Wow!

  • Thank you much. ;)

  • Wow powerful song & video great job Wil

  • Wil absolutely a great job, and so sad is it really to live in a time were this is so in our culture. Your voice wonderful!!!

Sorry you had to sing about it. :(

  • Oh, don't apologize. It wasn't a matter that I "had" to sing it. I chose to sing it. But I suspect you meant, you're sorry that the issue even has to be addressed. Though, we live in a very violent world. There's even abusive people on Youtube. Abusive in the sense, they enjoy attacking people, their videos or channels when they don't even know them. I'm amazed how some get so enraged that they must react so abusively!

  • Yes children are important and fragile and need us as adults to show them the way.

  • Great job, and great cause!

  • :( wow, thats such a great video and song, well done.

  • Thanks Dan. ;)

  • There is so much I can say, but not enough space to say it here.

Children are the future. We need to protect and nourish them, and that future, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

The world is a violent enough place as it is. Most of it is beyond our control. Child abuse is within our control. It is imperative that we once and for all stop this particular cycle of violence.

  • that's not so happy

    Great job again Wil!

  • Thanks Jess. It's a beautiful song. I'm glad I could half-way decently lend my voice to it, to personalize it.

So how are the classes coming along?
