@heavensentboy Those Gospels weren't really inspired by God. Those are called gnostic gospels. We know they weren't truly inspired b/c they go against what all of the other books of the Bible are saying and teaching. Problem is that knowledge and religion are contradictions. If the religious had had their way, we wouldn't have all the science and rationality we have now. Islam may teach empathy but it also teaches hatred, misogyny and jihad. Sometimes it does matter about your beliefs, not just what you do. If your philosophy is homophobic and sexist - problematic.

The main problem of religions start to insult/hate/diss each other is because of the people themselves, not the religion. Some people, can't be open-minded, that's how the world works right now. To me, if I wanna make friends; I don't really care much about their skin color, races and religions. Problem is that knowledge and religion are contradictions. If the religious had had their way, we wouldn't have all the science and rationality we have now. It is also a contradiction, no matter what context to hate religion and love Jesus. If you hate religion you must neccessarily hate on Jesus too. Islam may teach empathy but it also teaches hatred, misogyny and jihad. Sometimes it does matter about your beliefs, not just what you do. If your philosophy is homophobic and sexist - problematic.

I would prefer no one go to hell and we all go to heaven in some sort of way, I believe there is a heaven but who knows maybe its just and eternity of NOTHING after death, no emotions, no seeing, hearing, smelling, touching or tasting. im catholic and i respect all religion. this may be good or bad but its my opinion and im doin my best to respect and love my brothers whether they practice a different faith or have no faith. In God's point of view we are all one alike and no different cause we are his children

It's truly a shame that the mainstream media paints Islam as Jihad extremism. As a devout Catholic, I always keep Muslims deep in my prayers because they are the scapegoats-the crucified lot of our time-unjustly persecuted. The Palestinians, the poorest among them, they deserve the most love and attention.
