Heya! I certainly never discount Syd. He was a genius U are correct, however I honestly think the other fellas would've made it somewhere in UK rock - esp Waters & Wright, maybe not Mason so much but as for Gilmour? oh yeah he would've hit big! U are correct re Barrett - they NEVvER would've been the coolness that was Floyd without Barret's brilliant influence.
