Makes me want to go home so bad. I have my 640 Adv waiting for me in Tipperary. I'm in the States and in fairness,nothing beats Irish roads on a dual sport bike. Riding in the States is not fun, filtering is illegal, and car drivers are really out to get you. Great video.

Thanks for your comment. We were in Ireland 8th 19th May 08 we had amazing weather and ended up in Port Rush for the NW200. We were really lucky, no rain at all.
Great helmet cam footage! BTW how does the 640 do for very long roadtrips? I'm trying to decide to wait for a 640 replacement or to just get a 1190 Adventure as soon as they come out.
Hi Nick, The 640 is a great road trip bike as long as your not on motorways/ freeway. Chris who came on the trip in Ireland is very interested in the 690 Adventure which I,m sure will be great if your on the loose stuff, but I,ve got a 950 Adventure and if the choose had to be one or the other I take the bigger bike as I ride on road more then off it.

Thanks very much. This was a practice/test of the headcam, I had the footage on tape so put it together and posted. Hence no hand held shots and no story line. Ireland is a fantastic place to ride a bike, we had great weather, greater hosts and lots of Guinness.
