Is there an "official" method or system for Romanizing (putting into English letters) the words/sounds of the Khmer language? (Such as pin-yin for Chinese ... and I understand that there is NO official system for Romanizing the Korean language sounds.)
There is no official method of Romanizing the Khmer language. They have different scheme. It's more important to listen to the sound than to depend on the romanization. Romanization is just a crutch.
GREAT WORK, I always love your lessons. They are easy to learn and simple to follow. For the last 18 lesson (including the latest Happy Birthday) I make good progress. PLEASE KEEP GOING. No one is teaching Khmai online like you did. Kowtow to you. My Sincere Regards

"mleh" means "so" (an intensifier)... wonder if there's some ancient connection to the Atayalic (Formosan Austronesian) "bale"/"balay" (very).
