it's such a travesty that the judges want to legislate from the bench and not rule on the law!. The Supreme Court is supposed to rule on what is or what is not constitutional not make their own laws. Only the Legislative branch of the Govt. is supposed to make the laws!!!

I will have to listen to it at home as I'm at the library without earphones. Judging from your side comments, you are as enraged as me that she was given a pass at such a racist comment.
