the blame is entirely ours, we keep on consuming and "needing" products that are made by OUR multinational corporations exploiting wildly other countries resources (since we have already exploited ours).

And then we proclaim our selves naturalists and vote for laws to "protect" the environment of OUR countries.

a small percentage of the worlds population is using the greatest percentage of the planets resources. If the others catch up we are all done and that's the case. something must stop us

Everything has negative and positive points but everyone only thinks most of the positive points.

Why dont they just farm their own trees and get oil from it? I know its free and cheap if we cut from natural forests but its illegal and if you want it cheap and free and quick you should suffer and your generations must suffer the change in climate in the next few decades but money is nothing if i was the company i would plant my own trees so i wouldnt suffer and also my generations too.

Thanks for this great video! Agrofuel (biofuel) is an ecological catastrophe, people need to know about this. I am very alarmed hearing Obama talk about biofuel as a regenerative energy and spending millions and billions on this issue. It might be regenerative, but it is NOT sustainable!

If only it was that simple. Those of us who know better just cannot get a seat at the table where decisions to permit destruction (or turn a blind eye to it) are taking place. Profit is always preferred over prudence, especially when it's such a "trivial" matter as the environment. So many people just don't accept the science warning against deforestation and exacerbating climate change.

We have to hit them where it hurts: NEVER BUY A PRODUCT CONTAINING PALM OIL!
