@realityme You have the arms of SOUNDIATA KEITA but not his legs ...you must train the legs now ...to be the perfect mandingue warrior !!! Stay strong brother you're an example !!!
@behindel My legs are proportion to my body. And I train legs. I have a video on legs. Remember black people have long shin bones making the muscle appear slimmer and white guys have short shin bones making the muscle appear wider.
@DawesDante You took this sentence to my mouth !! I see when that brother move that his leg aren't as explosive and strong as his arm ....he must train the legs now because he still got the arms of SOUNDIATA KEITA !!!
@behindel what are you talking about? My legs are the reason why I can do everything I do. Go to my other video and watch me kick the back board of a ten foot basketball rim. Do you think I jump with my arms. And did you not see my flying knee in this video i was at least 8 feet off the ground. smh
@shiifu Thanks man. I train 5 days a week and alternate weekends. But most of the boxing training in this video is not proper technique.I didnt bring my boxing gear for these 500 and 400lb heavy bags (hand wraps my gloves etc). Plus I was fatigued in these clips after a very long day of outdoor training. The editor had to take the shots that fit in the time frame. The next one I do will be waaay better. And I'll throw some sparring in.
@realityme Sounds great my brother. you have shown that what people looked down on now look up to, this is the core and traditional training that can make a simple man a spartan. And you truly show us that no matter what, a man can reach his goal with a bit of fire in the heart. Keep the hard work, I would recomend you to try Hung gar, I think it would suit you, some chinese boxing, or sanda/sanshu. Take care and keep spreading the inspiration.
Great stuff man, I've been working out for the past couple months (and off and on the last few years) and im starting to see and feel results! Still no where close to where I want to be though.
great body great training.. unlike the boxing mma training , for me seems that you have not fighter or sparring yet.. cuz you dont look to smoth . but i can be wrong .. great body man
@lapincheriatota I do fight. This is not how I train for boxing I'm just messing around the bags. It was originally just a video shoot with calisthenics and weight trainng after 5 hours of working out calisthenics in the park then weights in the gym I went to mess around on the bags. As you can see I have no hand wraps and no gloves. I was very tired by that point. I'll post some of my boxing/kickboxing/mma stuff soon.
@Pumping4life1 I did 375 lbs. Thats not alot compared to my workout partners but its good for my weight (171 lbs). All natural not even creatine or whey. But I do take my multi vitamins. lol
@nachoman083 lol...The boxing in the vid was not an accurate depiction of my boxing ability. I did not have hand wraps or my own gloves and the bags weighed 300lbs, 400lbs, and 500lbs. The video was done to illustrate some of my training but I was not actually training because it was a video shoot.
Thanks so much for the reply ninja, I do heaps of hanging leg raises, theyre my favourite exercise, I find them fun, so its great to her you reccommend them, but about going to failure, whats your consensus on that? I find its almost impossible unless you do weighted exercises, or do you think its still detrimental to go to failure, Ive heard people say it is, especially for abs.
@AgogeCalisthenics MMA. Out in New Jersey. You kno we can't fight in NY because it's still illegal. Every MMA tournament I fought in has always been outside of NY.
@nomamao I didn't have wraps or my gloves for the heavy bag scene and the bag weighs 400lbs. I'd like to see hit a 400lb with speed and power with your bare hands. Matter fact inbox so i can video tape u breaking every damn bone in your hand and wrist after u try.
@realityme I'm talking about your form. It's off. At about 1:08 or so, you show a big mistake when throwing the cross. Let's not go into your kicking mechanics. Just keep working on it, and keep competing. It'll come together.
@nomamao Oh okay I see your point. The form in this video is definitely not fight form (except the flying knees). I'm gonna do a super athlete 3 and do fight form. But when I'm on the bags i will have gloves and shin guards on. I think you'll like it.
Salute Blaq: trying to get right by the summer; if I hit the calii's hard and incorporate some weights, will I be right by summer?? Miami is calling in June and I need to be there!!! Keep up the good work homie!!
@mrdream668 Salaute Fam!!!! Yeah u gotta be right in MIA lol...Year do both. Alternate days. One day do weights the next go hard with cali's. But remember use strict form with the cali's fam!!

@ACNteam1 Thanks man. Take ur time plot your goals and map out a plan. And always remember some routines are not for everybody. Workouts are almost as unique as our DNA, in other words, what works for you may not work for me and vice versa. Also, stay away from the mirror, it has a way of discouraging people. It's like the old saying, a watched pot never boils. lol
@masterfan0 l'm featured on various MMA websites. Theres a promotion thats building me a webiste in the beginning of the year. I'll post it when it's up. my twitter is blaq_ninja@twitter.
hey bro, would mean so much if u answered this, but what do you do for your core, at 2:19 you did some rotations etc. is that msotly the kind of stuff u do for core? Also i dont really know how to train core, i mean in terms of going ot failure or what, because i feel like i could do crunches till forever,, but it still burns like a bitch, am i supposed to go to failure or is that detrimental. Also do you bother with crunches at all, or are you just doing core movements like levers and such?
@artakisthebest Whats up man. I havn't done crunches or sut ups since I was in high school. My abs come from kickboxing drills and core training. Yeah I do front levers and L sits/seats, but those stregthen the core they dont necessarily ripp and cut your abs. I'll share something else with you, the secret to ripped abs is hanging leg raises from the pull up bar. Trust me. You gotta do them fast and controlled. All the way down then bring the knees as high as u can.
this guys got nothing on me. I can do 100m in 11 secs. Hed never catch me. Its the fighting method that has kept me outta trouble for nearly 50 years. But seriously, wot a waste of energy. Wire him up to the national grid. He could power Manhatten. lol
good body and strength, but he is not good fighter, he beats wrong way, you can obviously see that he never tried boxing. He needs to work more on a boxing pear with a trainer.
i want a body like this but i like going out and getting drunk / eating shit food why cant they made beet that gives you a six pack and the belly as well as the fridge =(
@mean71cuda I do legs the most. I'm 5,10 and i only 170 so i generally have a slim frame. When Im covered up u would think i was just plain slim lol. I squat 405, leg press over 600lbs. Legs are the foundation. I dont bodybuild though. It's not about looks for me, it's about strength.
@juukyuu7666 I have a video on someone else page with me squating 405lbs. I definitely can not rep 720. I think the most I ever did was 690 maybe for like 3. I'll post what I can do and let you know. Your 140lbs and can leg press 140lbs? That's incredible. Matter fact I have a video of me doing leg presses check it out.
@mean71cuda We all do legs bro.. Just doesn't show because of genetics.. Blacks have genetics for agility.. Hence the Calves tend to be higher near the knee for faster running and higher jumping. Whites tend to have calves closer to their ankles.. Hence bigger legs.. Probably not as athletic and agile as someone with calf muscles higher on their legs.. Lets not get into quads.. All genetics bro
@skipcloudwalker You are spot on brother. Alot of people don't about the anatomy of different races! It's a fact that blacks have longer shin bones than whites and whites have shorter shin bones than blacks.
Wow, you are awesome! Do you have a specific nutrition plan you follow? Also, I love the calisthenics weight training combo. Do you have any sample workout routines you could make available?
@dbm121685 thanks man. I'm gonna do a combo (cali's & weights) video next month that concentrates on cutting and moderate/functional even mass building. Alot of guys become disproportioned with cali's only especially guys who specialize in handstands. Extreme handstand training build up the arms and traps immensely. The downside to that is the chest and deltoids can easily be left behind.
@thepurpledragon5 I ve been studying since i was 6 years old, Jeet Kune do is the base of my study. I have also studied Tae Kwon do, Muay thai (currently), certain judo applications (currently), wing chun applications and of course american boxing and kickboxing. My classification in MMA is "striker". " blaq Ninja" is a nick name that was given to me as a child fighting on the street I have never studied Ninjitsu. lol
@realityme Thats cool. Ever think of posting a vid of you sparring? I would imagine that someone as fit as yourself would naturally dominate in the ring.
@thepurpledragon5 Thanks man. I don't like putting up too many of my training methods because I compete in MMA and I dont want my potential opponents to learn too much of me. Sometimes I think this video is too much...lololol
Polished & disiplined strength on deck right here, the moves made the name, the character made the man. Salute to my man Blaq for displaying what he does best.
yo ninja we gotta see more of u....ur a great athlete and a even greater inspiration man...how do u combine both weights and calis? and whats ur stats(weight +height)?
hey can u tell me briefly how did u go upon incorporating calisthenics and weight training together? will it rlly work? will it be more efficient than focusing on one? what are the disadvantages and advantages of mixing them together?
I'd love to be one of your students

Pushups sit ups reverse pushups chin ups ??
GvilleGhost 4 months ago
@GvilleGhost full range of motion on push ups, pull ups and dips. There is a huge difference. Trust me. Partials only affect "part" of the muscle.

Wow, you are awesome! Do you have a specific nutrition plan you follow? Also, I love the calisthenics weight training combo. Do you have any sample workout routines you could make available?
dbm121685 4 months ago
@dbm121685 thanks man. I'm gonna do a combo (cali's & weights) video next month that concentrates on cutting and moderate/functional even mass building. Alot of guys become disproportioned with cali's only especially guys who specialize in handstands. Extreme handstand training build up the arms and traps immensely. The downside to that is the chest and deltoids can easily be left behind.

thepurpledragon5 4 months ago
@thepurpledragon5 I ve been studying since i was 6 years old, Jeet Kune do is the base of my study. I have also studied Tae Kwon do, Muay thai (currently), certain judo applications (currently), wing chun applications and of course american boxing and kickboxing. My classification in MMA is "striker". " blaq Ninja" is a nick name that was given to me as a child fighting on the street I have never studied Ninjitsu. lol

@realityme Thats cool. Ever think of posting a vid of you sparring? I would imagine that someone as fit as yourself would naturally dominate in the ring.
thepurpledragon5 3 months ago
@thepurpledragon5 Thanks man. I don't like putting up too many of my training methods because I compete in MMA and I dont want my potential opponents to learn too much of me. Sometimes I think this video is too much...lololol

hey can u tell me briefly how did u go upon incorporating calisthenics and weight training together? will it rlly work? will it be more efficient than focusing on one? what are the disadvantages and advantages of mixing them together?
