I'm sure I'll be called anti-semitic, but the 1967 boarders are the legal boarders of Israel and the only ones legal under international law. Why exactly does the US have to defend a foreign state? I also don't get the support of Israel from US Jews. There is NOWHERE in the world, including Israel, where Jews are better off than in the US. The day the USA can tell Israel to give back the land they legally captured in the course of war would be the day after the USA gives back California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and parts of other states to Mexico. (From whom we took it during the Mexican War.) Then we return the colonies to England, and the rest to the Indians. After that THEN we can tell Israel what to do. Until then, Israel's land belongs to Israel. Period.

When Anwar Sadat and Golda Mier signed a peace treaty, Israel gave a piece of land and the promise that a couple of German/Israeli scientists would train a few Eygption scientists and engineers how to create an irrigation system by cleaning up the Nile, etc. in exchange for peace. Good deal? Sure, too bad Sadat was shot for it the next day by one of his own. He did a Nobel Peace prize afterwards!!

I think Israel should go back to the 67 borders. The day after that happens, the Arabs and muslims will attack Israel, they will lose as they always do, then Israel can make new 2011 borders, gaining back the land was supposed to be theirs according to the Balfour Declaration. Israel is the one that got cheated out of their land, not the invading Egyptians and Syrians who now call themselves Paletinians.

Create 10 mile border outside Israel when someone attacks. They got to pay for their actions and since life is cheap in the middle east so use what they consider valuable, land. They try again, another 10 miles. See how long they keep attacking.

The way I see it Israel is its own mess. Jews certainly aren't "safe" there, and never will be. So why should the US continue to lose face for the sake of Israel's "protection"? The ACLU and Southern Poverty Law love to stamp out Christian expression and promote racial tolerance in the US, but Israel is one of few obviously racist states. By jews for jews is okay, pretty much same idea Hitler had for Germany's whites. I'm surprised the US has backed Israel up to this point, it all stinks.
