@Trips1103 The problem is that my hair is actually naturally curly. I'm Italian, Austrian, Cherokee, French, and Black; as a result, my natural hair comes out to something like a "Jew Fro". And it SUCKS. Styling is more or less out of the question cuz they don't really make products for such multi-continental, multi-ethnic hair. Best I can do is take a flat-iron to it, which is a LOT of work...and it's actually HARDER on short hair, if you can believe it. So...no. Sorry.

I think this obsession with only reproductive sex comes from the early jewish tribes that wrote the old testament. @sammipooh In a more general sense pregnancy becomes an issue regardless of religion when owned things are inherited, responsibilities for children are regulated, and there are no paternity tests or reliable contraceptives. So there once where justifiable reasons for separating teenagers until they where married. Christians are, as usually, slow adapters. But I think you make a very good point that a religions benefit from monopolizing the right to reproduce (exclusive to approved couples).
