@welsamz Uhhh yes they did, it was part of the lend lease act...The British and Common Wealth purchased American M1A1 Thompson sub machine guns, up until the the Americans entered the war. Then came the British 9x19 Sten Mark, because it was cheaper and they needed something made right away, and also because 9mm was a common round then.

I've been playing CODMW2 ever since launch! I just acquired the most up-to-date MapPack from codmw2freedlYcom (replace Y with . ) , and I must say that these brand new maps are a Need to have! You MUST read the instructions to make it work with Steam, to help you play with buddies like i have been doing.

Still, COD 2 rules. Pretty good graphics and AI. Multiplayers not bad, but all the maps are chopped up campaign levels
