Archos 7 Android Tablet Browser Review!

I have a Archos7HT and I've tried downloading the Adobe Flash. Won't let me. Try to get Skyfire, again won't let me. I want to stream movies from pc to archos, but if I don't have flash how can i watch them/ Please, someone help me with this!!

with these tablets do you have to use wifi to install apps and actually do things. or is it kind of just like an ipod touch where you need internet access to do everything. because i have been wanting to purchase one of these tablets but i dont have a lot of hotspots that i can go to everyday i really want a tab where i can actually do things with or without internet access and i was just wondering if this is just like that. and do things come preloaded already or do you need internet and music?

@RainbowKiid00 just brought it you can do most things without internet but you can just get the apps at home if you have and internet connection and use them on the go. as for music just plug the device into your computer and copy your music and your good to go, same with videos. it does come with a few essentials already preloaded. in my opinion its a great device for surfing the web and casual gaming and it plays 720p video amazingly well and the sound quality through the speakers is great!

Hey guys! I found a way to get flash support on v2.1! Just Google "flash for android 2.1" in Google. It should be the first link that says "How to...". I am sharing this with you because if you are just getting skyfire, you have to pay to watch flash video now :/ Anyway, I'm not 100% sure if it works with flash games or anything of that sort but I tried it on a phone and it worked just fine :)

Ive been looking into getting an archos for a while now but i know very little about computers/home tablets. My main use for it would be watching bbc i player and using sites like youtube but ive read about a problem with youtube now using flash 10.1 which this archos doesnt seem to support.

Can anyone please tell me if this is true and if bbc i player works well? If not does anyone have any better devices in mind that would suit my purpose, tho i dont think i can afford the i pad. Thanks!!

Flash on the Archos 7 is a major problem. The tablet does not accept Flash 10 videos so there is a compatibility issue. You can still view Youtube videos on the Archos 7 but through another app (youtube.apk). What the guy does in this video cannot be done anymore, I think. The Skyfire browswer cannot do youtube anymore, according to many people.
