@CuylerHillKing Hey thanks. After just getting off the road a few minutes ago myself, I can semi-relate. This trip was paid for by others so at least it was free.
When yore family made shine in Kaintuck, when ye got kin in Texas and Ireland and when a feller has rode the rank ones fer a livin and is drinkin cheap rye and chasin' 'er with good Micro Ale ... Hell, there ain't no no better music in the, the .... UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!
well, I'm Irish, I have drank shine (in fact I have 3/4 gallon in stock) and I like to have fun. You sound klike you have a good grasp on reality and enjoyable living. Ain't nobody better than Johney.
I don't know about where your from, but here in California those bastards are everywhere. Had one get me going 120 down the grapevine, said he had been trying to catch up to me for 10 miles, I thought that was kind of funny.......but he sure didn't. Needless to say, the road didn't go on forever.
It really pisses them off to catch somebody doing over a buck. If he was driving one of those Crown Vic PI's they top out at 129. I drove around in California for a couple weeks last summer and hardly ever saw a cop.
Yep, it sure does piss them off. He sure did chew my ass. Then he started telling me that I am going to go to jail and have my car impounded, at this point I told him about the fact that I was a Marine on my way home from base, during my last weekend state side before deploying to Iraq. To my shock he relaxed a great deal, told me to slow down, wrote me a ticket for 99 mph, and said goodbye. Well, when the ticket date came around I was in Iraq, so the judge through it out.
Sure does buddy, and I rarely ever speed now. And if I do, not by much 5-10mph max. I am in the stage of my life that I don't feel the need to hurry. Great job on your vids.
Is this in Michigan?

@ChiLAX1210 No, not Michigan. This was on the eastern shore of Virginia if I remember correctly.

I like the radar detector going off at the end. Getting pulled over could definitely stop the road from going on forever.

I'm glad the judge let you off. A little consideration for service members goes a long way.

I actually like Joe Ely's version better than the original by Robert Earl Keen.
