I am annoyed by Napoleon. We had open borders and everything. Then he declared war on me trying to be "deceptive". I owned him in battle and he made a peace treaty with me. Then after it expired, he advanced once again to war and I owned him again. He tried to make peace 10+ times. XD

I deny every time and I'm burning Troyes to the ground. Next, I take Paris just to upset him. Orleans is done then. XD

That'll teach him to try and beat me!

@fishontuesday I think it's a common gripe by old Civ players, but in reality the tactical additions make it more complex in ways. It's basically a trade off. It's a lot different from IV and past, but in my opinion it was a refreshing change.
