Although I do love the HP movies, I am very disappointed with how much they've left out and changed throughout the movies. If they completely screw up DH, I will be sooo pissed.
heyman talks about how they did leave out some of the penisive memories (im assuming about the other horcruxes) between dumbledore and harry. i wonder how they are going to put that into DH? how the f is harry supposed to know about the horcruxes if dumbledore is dead?
man i wish it was July the release date of H.P. but TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE is for june 30 i think and Nov. is for H.P. cause WB needs a sure hit for summer and definitely for fall. its all about money baby.
David Heyman is such a cool guy, sticking with the franchise all the way through....and I wonder how they're gonna deal with publicity for Part 2, I wish I could ask him.
The films have reflected the books quite well so I have to disagree with you. There have been far worse adaptations and us Potter fans have been spoiled with just how faithful the films have been (have you SEEN Eragon?!)
I have to respectfully disagree with you. The HP movies started out staying as true as possible to the books but the last couple of movies have been changed so much. And things that don't need to be changed. HBP was the worst - it was like a completely different world than what JK Rowling created in the books.
The reason is because you can't have a 4 hour film and have people come and watch it for that long. It's hard to condense a movie without adding something to make the movie flow well enough. David Heyman has a really tough job, as well as the screen writers.
I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that too Superscene.
Yes, the first two movies were spot on, especially with Richard Harris as dumbledore. The rest were alright with staying with the books, Order of the Phoenix being my least liked. I think they did really well with HBP. Although I thought the scenes with Ginny were a bit odd. Her randomly coming out of her shell. They should of had her in the rest of the movies the way she was in the books.
Heyman has make horrible movies. . . . it would be such a pleasure if he had just kept to the story laid out in the books. . . . .. .these movies don't reflect the story in the books . . and that is sad. . .
dhmovievideos, if you put "yt:stretch=16:9" as a tag for this video, the picture won't be squished in anymore. Because no one likes to watch a distorted video.
They'll be two separate DVDs. Heyman said in an interview that when the trailers are released is decided upon by the production and publicity departments, so even he doesn't know when the trailers will be out.
I'm kinda thinking that the trailer for part 2 will be shown BEFORE the movie starts, with the other regular trailers. Because if you think about it, part 2 will be coming out (not including November of 2010 or July of 2011) 7 months after part 1 is released. And since part 2 is almost definitely going to be more hyped up and publicized than part 1, I'm sure they'll have a trailer ready to show when part 1 comes out.
I understand what you're saying, but I'm pretty sure people will still be excited for part one considering that we'll have waited for a year and a half.
Um, they already told us where it ends a while back. They said it will end with a dramatic chase through the forest between harry and co. and the snatchers and getting caught and approaching malfoy manor.
The guy who plays Goyle let it slip that it will end when Greyback captures the trio. It wasn't official, but it was from a cast member who has a copy of the script.
He is very attractive!!! 0___0

David Heyman supposedly was the glue that held this franchise together. He seems like a really awesome guy and very respectable.

hmm I remember reading on mugglenet that they may have a trailer at the end..it's at least being considered.

i wonder if they will make DH into one DVD or have a dvd for each part..
and it would be awesome if at the end of HP DH part 1 after the credits are done.. that they play the trailer to HP DH part 2

@YoseMiteEmery i agree. wanna know what also could sound a little bit cool?
first, they made part 1 on DVD, then part 2 on DVD perhaps (most likely) but it would be cool if they made both into one DVD as well :D

Uhh, no they didn't. That's where it's rumoured and most likely to be. No one ever confirmed it.
