  • This woman is contradicting what the LDS church is all about,, this shows that this video is a lie and these are actors,, Their is a force out their that is out to spread lies about the LDS church and to misguide and trick people. It's the opposite of truth.

  • @Robyshileileh Your comment was marked as "spam". I fixed that for you. I think your opinion should be not be censored.

If you care to know more about Heather, you can read her story in the description. Background: After hearing her story I asked if she would mind making a video for this channel. She was hesitant at first but she decided it might benefit others to share her story. If you have a specific concern about what she said in this video, let me know and I will try to address it for you.

  • The church cannot make you happy. It is you and what you do and what yoyu become. Happiness? Ha, this world is full of sorrow in case you did not know. Blame the church, blah blah blah. Those people who led this woman away from the church could not care one bit about whether she obtains any salvation. You can leave your marriage and stay in the church by the way. So sad to see this.

  • its a waste of time to debate which doctrine is true. if it is wrong it will be a sin and all sins were paid for by Jesus. you could debate all day long but it will come down to Jesus. one must belive in the Jesus of the bible.Do mormons belive in the same Jesus. Well, muslums belive in Jesus.Jews belive in Jesus. What they dont belive is that Jesus was God in the flesh. the Christ. The Jews are still waiting for the Christ "God in the flesh".if you dont belive Jesus was God in flesh.not christan

  • Good for you Heather! So many Mormons do not do their own research on the LDS (Mormon) faith. Joseph Smith was not a prophet but a manipulator who told lies in order to get what he wanted. He took his friends' wives for his own & people were stupid enough to buy into his garbage. This organization is sort of like a pyramid scheme. It's not about the quality of life for people--it's about acquiring members & extorting tithe money while hiding the amount of assets the church actually has.

  • you go girl!!!!!! I'm truly happy for you!

  • She would burn at our mormon temple,, nobody is allowed to get divorced or face the mormon wrath of burning at the temple.. We would sing praise to God while Heather would turn to crispy bacon bits..

  • @GhostriderDuck666 Sensory perception ends at death, so NO, no one will 'see' anything after this life.

  • A churches stature can be judged by the amount of lies spread about it! I have been investigating the LDS church, have found that all of these videos that attack the church are contrived lies and their aim is to trick and mislead the public about what the Church of Jesus Christ is all about,, The forces behind these videos are the enemies of Christianity, the enermies of Jesus Christ,, If you want to know the truth about the Mormon faith please visit mormon.org and lds.org and learn the truth.

  • @Robyshileileh Are blacks still allowed in the priesthood? Its been a while since I have checked.

  • @Robyshileileh False.

  • U are only happy for a short time.staying in the church is eternal happiness.Your missing alot of blessings.not only for you but your kids.

  • @12Thehungergames False.

  • @carrieicecream

Who are you to judge another's happiness HAVING NEVER WALKED IN THEIR SHOES?

Yeah, you'll stay LDS in spite of the mountain of evidence showing it to be a fraud.

There were many people like you in Galileo's day that refused to believe the earth was round and NOT the center of the Universe and stayed mired in THEIR faith's false ideas. I'm sure, like you, they survived their bamboozle experience, but MY GOD what a waste...

    Truth means nothing I guess...

  • @carrieicecream Actually happiness comes from serotonin, dopamine, and other neurotransmitters flooding the brain. That, my dear friend, is REALITY. Look into it when you get a chance.

  • The bible has clear guidelines for recognizing false prophets. If even one prophecy is wrong, that prophet is not of the lord. In volume 2 of History of the Church (an LDS history compiled by LDS scribes, historians, and Smith himself), Joseph Smith prophecies the return of Jesus in 1891. It seems this prophecy did not come to pass and therefore Joseph Smith is a false prophet.

  • Face reality - all religions are nonsense.Joseph Smith was a fraud just like Muhammed.

  • @Robyshileileh you are so full of shit, I had to wipe my screen. The Mormons are a cult and it doesn't validate any religion by the number of enemies it has. Js was a convicted fraud and a pedo. Hallmarks of cult leaders is when they ask for your children......

  • @Robyshileileh

Yet another crock of LDS concocted CRAP!

If the amount of persecutions were a determining factor in a church's truth, the Islamists

would hands down, win the prize as most true since they have been historically the MOST persecuted group on earth!

(You were just BullS**ten us weren't you?)

Today the most persecuted are Christians in China and the Middle East. REAL persecution--like being murdered and tortured.

Putting up with LDS critics here is NOT persecution!

  • I investigated Scientology and the Jehovah's Witnesses before I investigated the LDS church and I can honestly say that I would not group them together, especially Scientology.. The recruitment techniques are to have missionaries go around the world and tell people about the book of Mormon and they have no retention techniques,, If you want to leave the church, some members might be concerned for you and want to talk to you to figure out why? and pray you stay, my health club does the same

  • @Robyshileileh And your health club does it for the same reason: for the money.

  • @dodanimal Do you know how the Church uses our tithe. Please tell, since you think it's about money. Do you have any idea who responds ALREADY prepared and packed to most crisis.....maybe you need to do a little more study.

  • @Robyshileileh

Of course LDS missionaries (I was one) don't have "retention techniques". That's not their job. Their only job (as sales reps of LDS Inc) is to sell the world on a line of BS that no clear thinking person would buy--IF they had all the facts.

As it stands, of the people who are bamboozled into joining LDS, only 25% or so STAY LDS after a couple of years. 75% are GONE in 18 to 30 months! Why is that?

Because they find the things they were never told about.

  • @42apostate You were never a missionary for the LDS Church, your lies are plain and obvious to anyone who is with the church, Why do you try to spread these ridiculous lies and false facts. you are even incorporating lies within your lies and attempting to appear credible,, it's pretty sad. get some help.

  • @Robyshileileh

My Mission President (Australian Mission) was Dr. Coombs of Salt Lake City.

But , then, it would be a waste of time trying to prove ANYTHING to a dickwad like you. Go back to sleep, Roby. The world really is flat--just like your soul-mates of 500 years ago believed it was. No problemo! We'll survive without your twisted input...

  • @Robyshileileh

Better to be thought a freekin idiot, than open your mouth and prove it!!--as you so eloquently DO, here.

  • If anybody wants to know what the LDS church is really about, if you are feeling that your life has gone off track, if you are all messed up and drugs, booze, gambling or sadness has got a grip on you. Feel free to go on mormon.org and chat with a missionary and find the nearest Chapel to where you live and what time they hold church service on Sundays and pass by, you dont have to get dressed up, they will be happy to meet you and talk to you, and your life will change for the better. :)

  • @Robyshileileh To anyone who might be struggling with personal issues in life: I hope you feel free to visit a trained professional counselor.

As Robysheileh helpfully points out, when you are at an emotionally vulnerable state of mind, you might also want to learn about some high control groups that have similar recruitment and retention techniques such as Scientology, Mormonism and the Jehovah's Witnesses.

  • @iamanexmormon I'm a convert to the Mormon church and nobody "recruited" me. I sought out the church on my own, over 30 years ago. I did all the studying, research, pondering and praying, THEN asked for the missionaries to come over so that I could take the lessons and be baptised. I can't imagine being a member of any other church!

  • @cindybin2001 " I can't imagine being a member of any other church!"

Well I can, very easily :)

I can imagine you being a member of The Jehovahs WItnesses. You are just the kind of person that would make a great Jehovahs Witness and member of Jehovahs one and 'only' true organisation personally approved of by Jesus Christ in 1918! Yes you gotta believe it, don't question Jehovahs personally annointed Watchtower Society. lol I just can't imagine JW's being members of any other church.

  • @cindybin2001 I'm a believer in Orthodox Christianity, but I could imagine myself being Shia Muslim or Buddhist. Ot even a Spinozist Pantheist.

But I'm still happy with Orthodox Christianity.

  • @Robyshileileh Gee, you don't sound like a cult recruiter...not even a little bit. You're on the wrong page my friend these are for people who are done being brainwashed.

  • @Robyshileileh

If you are fed up with the tsunami of LDS fraudulent BS, you do have the option of resigning your membership. It's estimated that in excess of 100,000 Moprmons a year are leaving Mormonism. Resignation is an excellent way, a legal way, of leaving. I resigned for 2 reasons.

    1. It nearly guarantees you won't be harrassed as an inactive, and

    2. My name (+ wife & 5 kids) will never be counted in their fraudulent "14 million" member numbers (in theory, at least).

  • @Robyshileileh The weak will accept anything as truth if they feel they have nothing to lose. And your church prays on that. What they need is interaction and support from family and friends. Not brainwashing from a book which we know for a fact was transcribed by humans.

  • @edcjunkie Yes, you are correct.. we like the weak the most, smart like pieces of driftwood.

  • Once you're done trying to find meaning in silly little stories about Golden Tablets and getting your own planet, feel free to come to a local university and talk to a physicist, chemist, biologist or astronomer. We LOVE talking to you, and you'll learn it's ok to drink COFFEE while discussing the beautifully fascinating world that's all around us! You'll learn about REALITY, you will argue over data, experience joy from mathematics, and meet some really cool people! Yay, Science! :)

  • Comment removed

  • @Robyshileileh Nonsensical poppycock. Reality is far richer than your little stories would make it out to be. You are right however, science is not in competition with the church: there is no competition. Science examines reality, the church does not. By default it has forfeited the game.

  • @DRSowinski You are probably a pillow biting sodomite and you embrace science and reject religion because you don't want anything getting in the way or making you think twice about how immoral and screwed up you are.

  • @Robyshileileh Excellent argument! Ad hominem methods are clearly your preferred method of reasoning, which reflects not so much on you, but more so on the church that you hold so dear. Your eyes are closed, and you look upon this world as through a blurred mirror. Open your eyes to the light of reason, reject the darkness of ignorance that is spewed by irrelevant myth, and then we shall see each other face to face.

  • @DRSowinski Yes, the church is Ad hominem, you are correct

  • @Robyshileileh I am gay and I am a man and I am straight and I am a woman and I am black and I am white and I am a mother and a father and a lesbian. The Mormon Church is hemorrhaging members like no time in the last 175 years. We are leaving because The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has lost control of the message and can no longer hide the truth. Thank you Internet, thank you!

    I'm Justa: Pro-truth Latter-day Saint

  • you know what!? I am a mormon and I don't care if you left our church but you don't need to badmouth us ok!? seriously, I feel bad for you about your marriage but you don't have to blame us for getting married at 19 and havng a bad relationship!

  • @stevekordell44

Of course she HAS to say something about the BS she found. Any person of integrity would do the same to save others the grief.

When LDS Inc withdraws their cadre of 50,000 sales reps (who, BTW, "badmouth" other religions with their message of exclusivity), these videos as well as we critics would likely disappear.

Get rid of the Missionary Program and you'll solve the problem of videos like this.

  • @stevekordell44 Yawn, you poor thing. Feeling persecuted? Good... now tell your church leaders how that feels so that they can stop using their influence to persecute minorities.

  • Heather our stories are the same. Never been happier and never looked back! Thanks for sharing!

  • Once again, another vignette that states the obvious. This woman removed something from her life that she saw as burdensome and now she's happy. DUH!!! What did you think was going to happen Heather??? GADS!!!

  • You said you prayed, thats good, but you then looked elsewhere for answers, not from God. If you really wanted to find out whether it was what God wanted you to do, why trust other people more than God? hmmm... just a thought

  • @psych137 now what is really mystifying about your comment is "why trust other people more than God"? is your god people (person) ? and praying.. talking is much more effective and indeed informative (as with real people)... just a thought.

  • Another claim that the church caused you to be un-happy. G-d won't live your life Im afraid although as such for anything negitive in life. We always want a reason and cause for blame. But sometimes, things are exactly as they needed to be..think it was you're marriage love. Not your faith in G-d bless up!

  • Bravo!

Likely a big void leaving all the fun and varied activities of the MORmON Crutch. Hope you won't replace one fairytale and myth with another: Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Catholicism, Buddhism, etc.

    But I stillike Lime Jello.

  • @robertgift LOL, great comment. So many LDS realize that all they learned was bullshit, then they jump into some jesus buttfucking religion and act as if it is somehow better. Only a mentally challenged adult would bow down before a magic man in the sky.

  • @mdlinks every knee shall bow,and every tongue shall confess that

Jesus Christ is lord and savior phillipians 2:10,

but coward those who refuse to believe, who kill, who sin sexually,

who does evil things, who worship idols, who tell lies,

    who does evil magic,

all these will have a place in the lake of burning sulfur,

this is the second death rev 21:8,

let God be true and every man a liar romans 3:4,

I am the way the truth and the life,

and the only way to the father is through me john 14:6,

  • Comment removed

  • @mdlinks I'm a born again christian that is saved by grace,I attend a bible based church,I'm not a mormon,I'm a christian. I obey the holy bible only......

  • Your retarded for sure maybe it was the right church just wrong man? Satan makes life out of the church easier so ppl like u get sucked into it

  • @ICarryingTheFire:mormonoid, shut up !

  • that food looks so good.

  • "I prayed hard and fasted, then I finally went online" LOL! Internet yay....prayer(doing nothing) Boooo.

  • @iliketodance555, you are much too young to assume you "know" anything. Read and research and your mind will be opened to the truth. Prayer is not enough, a feeling is a chemical reaction, and not proof of anything. And although I won't critize you for believing a certain way, for you to follow blindly will only lead to your unhappiness. And yes, I am much happier without the LDS church in my life.

  • @iliketodance555

Why is it that when someone becomes exmormon, all other mormons believe that they are anti-mormon and out to destroy the church? @iliketodance555, you've actually shown that you are completely ignorant of the world. To say that mormons aren't as bad as muslims demonstrates an ignorance and bigotry beyond belief. You've also shown that you are ignorant of your own scriptures and makes me wonder what your "knowledge" of the truth is really based on.

  • Seirsoly no bishop would ever say that? i pretty sure none of these people where ever mormons just wanted to do this to take down the mormon church and destroy it

  • @iliketodance555

Seriously, bishops DO say that, and far worse things too, like telling gay guys that being gay will go away when they get married to a girl. So they pretty much deserve the "take down".

  • @ZelphKinderhook Gay is Mental many gay people dont belive that god cant make Miracles happen just like that, okay almost ever baptist, and other christans belive to,no church needs to be taken down because it's not fair, and and when the world end's and our church is true, guess who will be going to heaven with god us you mite think you no everything right now but in the future you'll be wishing you did not say that.

  • @iliketodance555

You're obviously been fooled by religion. Sure, any church deserves criticism just like any other organization. Religions aren't special.

Your church is FALSE. How can you believe in a book that says elephants, horses and cows existed in the Americas 2,000 years ago? They didn't exist in the Americas back then, yet your Book of Mormon claims they did! That's just ignorance on your part.

And whether gay is mental or biological, it doesn't matter... it's still great!

  • @ZelphKinderhook I've not been fooled by religion,Religions are special, you probaly never been a mormon,my church is not false people act as if we are as bad as muslims we arent,we dont stone our wives we are just like any other religion/christan all that is differnt is the book of mormon are chruch says no where that elephants and horses and cows existed then, that has nothing to do with mormons or religion being gay is not great it is ment for Men and Women ONLY! you dont know anything aboutus

  • @iliketodance555

I was a mormon for 30 years, so I def know what I'm talking about, kiddo. You're wrong.

You're obviously either very young or very stupid, so here's how you can find out how wrong you are... go to LDS.o rg, and click on the scriptures link, where the have the Book of Mormon online. You can actually search the B of M there. Enter in the search bar "elephant" and you'll see that elephants are mentioned in Ether 9:19. Then do the same for each of the animals. Better study more!

  • @ZelphKinderhook You Cant make me leave me chruch for like no reason, you guys will never be truely happy i cant make you belive what i'm saying but i belive it.

  • @iliketodance555

Man, you really are stupid! I never said to leave the church for no reason. I told you to figure it out for yourself. Did you see where elephants are talked about in the Book of Mormon? That's ridiculous!

And did you know that Joseph Smith had sex with 14 year old girls when he was 38? He called them his "spiritual wives". That's just sick!

Oh, I'm truely happy, much more than I was as a mormon. It's SO much better now.

You're lost and you don't even realize it.

  • @ZelphKinderhook Okay None of That is true, people get stories then twist things around like your doing it;s not just us that had 17 wives in the 1800s and 1700 and less than that maybe BC but In The BIBlE That A Guy Had 20 wives! And Thats The Baptist And Other Christans Counting us That Did Do That Okay,People Need To Realize That I Have Friends That Are Differnt Christans And We DONT FIGHT ABOUT WHOS RIGHT AND WHOS NOT, But I Know That Are Chruch Is The True Chruch By Prayer.

  • @iliketodance555 Truth is never truth simply because someone prays about it, truth is only truth if it IS the truth. The truth is, if you look at figures 2 & 4 on page 41 they look obviously like women, though Joseph claimed they are men. The truth is that if you study the egyptian godesses Isis & Maat in any encyclopedia, egyptian book, on the internet etc. you will find that this is the proper identities of figures 2 & 4. Joseph Smith was a liar, Jesus is the way to heaven John 14:6 3:18,36.

  • @iliketodance555 actually it is true! Just because they don't teach it in Sunday school?? It's also true that before he died, Jo Smith shot 3 men, killing 2 of them, that he drank wine the night before, that Jo Smith was marred to over 30 women, 11 of which were still married. Emma Smith is recorded along with others saying that he never used gold plates to translate the BoM, but used a peer stone in a hat! You really should do a little research before making yourself look foolish

  • @tattoodfreeek exuse me you no nothing none of that is true idoit!

  • @iliketodance555

It's all true, kiddo... your church just likes to deny it because it's embarrassing and because they would have to admit it's a false religion. Go ahead and google "book of mormon anachronisms" and you'll see how false it really is!

  • @ZelphKinderhook ya google's gonna give you any real info! you proably dont know anything i dont effing care if you where there for 30 years you dont listen and i dont care goodbye

  • @iliketodance555

Man, you're stupid. Googling things gives you accurate info all the time... that's why people use it! You have to WORK a little and check the sources! Why would you believe only your church? Your church can lie too, and it often has. Plus, they discriminate against gays and women, and used to discriminate against blacks. What a sick religion you belong to.

  • @ZelphKinderhook soick religion how? whats really sick is your ignorance of the mormon religion you jackass!

  • @getdownto311

Great language for a Mormon, Nice to see you're following the commandments of your church! (not)

  • @ZelphKinderhook never mind the mentally challenged fuckstick getdownto311. That ass fuck sent me a message about being gay and liking young boys. It is the desperate attempt by a mentally challenged inbred fuck to get attention. I bet fuckstick has a sister that is secretly his mother. That is how they do it in inbred Idaho.

  • @ZelphKinderhook what is it with these dumb kids who keep going on about how great the MORmON church is? And why do they insist that because they have warm fuzzy feelings when they read the BoM or pray about it, it must be true? I have warm fuzzy feelings when I have a hot chocolate, does that mean it's true?

I've just left the church after 35 years, and it's a freeing feeling, and now looking into Christianity! I know that Jesus died for us, and that through faith we are saved, and stuff lol

  • @tattoodfreeek

Congratulations on getting out! Make sure you look into atheism too.... because honestly, christianity is about as false as mormonism is.... all built on a bunch of myths and fairy tales. For example, did you know that the "gospels" were writtens 4 decades after Jesus died? And it was by anonymous authors, not the apostles they were named after. So they're not really eyewitnesses. "Letter to a Christian Nation" by Sam Harris is a great read.

  • This story reminds me of what my own family went through; my mom was miserable, my dad was miserable, kids were miserable, yet counselers, bishops, and even stake presidents encouraged my parents to stay together using guilt and fear tactics. They actually made my mom think it was all her fault! 25 years of pure hell left them as no more than friends living in the same house.

  • @crazistein

religion is crazy! sorry to hear that your family went thru that!

  • and again I ask, are all the people that left the mormon faith have went to atheism?

  • @superjam18

not all, but it's the most logical choice. being an atheist isn't anti-god, it simply means that you recognize that there's no valid proof of god.... no matter how amazing this universe is.

  • Check back with her in about 3 years . She won't be so happy I'm afraid .

  • i know this story is about her happiness, changing her faith and what not but i can't stop starring at her teeth...

  • It seems to me that her problem was not with the LDS Church, but with a husband who failed to make his wife happy.

  • @pupsenok Do you know that it is a sin for the LDS Church to divorce? the church imposed things to her, knowing that they were not good for her. That's a total disrespect for human dignity .

  • @camilocuesta Its not a sin in the LDS Church to divorce. Its discourage depending on the REASON. And in a broad basic sense its highly discouraged for any one of any Chirst believing religion to divorce. Look in the bible and talk to others of other beliefs. I can think of no church that shrugs at divorce and takes it lightly.

I say this to inform not argue. But if you already have issues with the Church(and i don't know if you do or dont) no type of explanation will suffice.

  • @holidayrap

Divorce is certainly a sin in Mormonism--when LDS constantly POUNDS into member heads that "Families Are Forever". Divorce rips apart what "god has brought together".

according to LDS theology, and a snub of the priesthood power that "sealed" the couple "for time and all eternity".

At least that's the impression I got out of my own freeky temple wedding "ceremony".

Not to worry tho, since it's all bullshit...

Same wife now for 40 yrs!--no thanks to the temple ritual...

  • if there are any members of the LDS Church that have watched this video and have any feelings of doubt please look up on youtube or google the talk by Jeffrey R. Holland "Safety for the Soul"

  • haha this works both ways. I used to be and ex-Mormon. After being in the church my whole life i left the church at the age 14. I ended up getting into drugs, alcohol and all kinds of mischief. living a very wayward life i became more unhappy than i have ever been i my life. i ended up coming back to church after suffering a lot and because i came back it literally saved my life and i am more happy than i have ever been.

  • @dkp121890 Need to post this everyday on each of these sites .

  • "I am a lover of the cause of Christ and of virtue, chastity, and an upright, steady course of conduct and a holy walk. I despise a hypocrite or a covenant breaker. I judge them not; God shall judge them according to their works. I am a lover even of mine enemies, for an enemy seeketh to destroy openly. I can pray for those who despitefully use and persecute me, but for all I cannot hope." Joseph Smith Jr

  • Why was Joseph Smith persecuted? Why was he hunted from neighborhood to neighborhood, from city to city, and from State to State, and at last suffered death? Because he received revelations from the Father, from the Son, and was ministered to by holy angels, and published to the world the direct will of the Lord concerning his children on the earth. BRIGHAM YOUNG

  • What a wonderful story.

I should have had breakfast before watching this video. I'm very hungry now :)

  • Your story is wonderful. I'm very glad that you are happy now. It's too bad that you weren't before. Mormons can get divorced.....

  • I'm happy they left the LDS church. I just wish they found the real Jesus.

  • I have neighbors that are Mormans, in fact I think he's the bishop or something. His wife always looks so unhappy. I wonder if this is her story as well.

  • "I wasn't allowed to make decisions that would make me happy" <<<< This is what it's like to be a mormon woman.

  • @roadsideflowers In other words you could not sin without feeling bad?

  • Comment removed

  • @roadsideflowers Who wouldn't allow you to make decisions and what are those decisions that would make you happy?

  • @scottwins2 You're taught to doubt yourself, and only place absolute faith in a book, interpreted by the prophets who tell you on a daily basis that when you are unhappy doing what I tell you to do, keep going, no matter what. It's ridiculous to place more trust in people you have never met, glorified old men and dead "prophets" who happened to have a lot of moral issues, than your own conscious. This blind faith is WHAT wouldn't allow me to make happier decisions.

  • @roadsideflowers I don't no what building you walked into but you sound very convoluted in your thinking and I have never heard any such doctrine of the LDS faith. The Religion I follow taches morality, faith, truth, prophets, God has a body. Family. Let me ask you this, What are all those temeples talked about in the Old and New Testaments, what were they for.

From your video it sounds like you have made your marraige, your religion. Curious.

  • @scottwins2 ...not married. And I grew up mormon. My family is still mormon. I did very well in primary and sunday school. I knew all the answers. I also attended all four years of seminary, with my stepmom teaching. The temples were for talking to god and sacrifices. Then god said now your sacrifice is a broken heart and contrite spirit blah blah blah so no more bloody animal carcasses. So much useless knowledge. Send me a missionary why please, I'm sure we'd have a lot of "milk" to discuss.

  • Wether, somebody makes a mistake in church or not that mistake does not deter from the fact that Joseph Smith did see God. I had actually seen a light, and in the midst of that light I saw two Personages, and they did in reality speak to me;...while people were persecuting me, Why persecute me for telling the truth? I have actually seen a vision; and who am I that I can withstand God,..I could not deny it, at least I knew that by so doing I would offend God J. S.

  • @scottwins2 um. ok then.

  • @scottwins2 i'm not entirely referring to "sin". I mostly mean life choices outside of the norm that are odd for a typical mormon.

  • @scottwins2 However, I suppose, if you think leaving an unhappy marriage is a sin, we will never see eye to eye.

  • @roadsideflowers You had somebody tell you that you could not leave your marraige? That person is wrong. Tell me, what does that have to do with the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST? I had a girl friend that left the Church when her daughter was hit and killed by a car. What does that have to do with the truth? Nothing, I was divorced by good LDS ladies and I believe in Joseph Smith and in the fact that we know the true nature of God. Without that I would not be able to get up and going each day.

  • @scottwins2 It's more complicated than that. And no, I was talking about the woman in the video. Anyway, it doesn't have to be the mormon Jesus that gets you up in the morning. It can be your own love of life that does it.

  • @roadsideflowers Jesus Christ is the Son of God and I pray to the Father he prayed to. Who do you pray to?

  • @scottwins2 Nobody. And I'm just fine that way.

  • @roadsideflowers I just visited your site and understand. Sorry, your road leads nowhere. In fact ,I doubt you were a member at all.

  • @scottwins2 ...ok? You didn't read my about section? The twitter link doesn't work because I've changed it, but it's there. Feel free to follow me @afterattack if you have one. Today my step mom screamed at my brother because he didn't want to give a talk today, but my dad is second counselor, so if he doesn't, it would be really embarrassing. I've also attended BYUI. You can "doubt" all you want.

  • @roadsideflowers Something is wrong with this picturer. If you want to talk contact me privately, sorry to here about the mess.

  • @scottwins2 Don't think I will, I have plenty of crazy Mormons trying to change me everyday already.

  • @roadsideflowers Suit yourself.

  • @scottwins2 All that coming from a Mormon apologist who attempted to explain that the "golden plates' that SmYth supposedly found were ..............................

............ get this folks!! I'm not making this up........

    ELECTROPLATED!!

    ROTFLMAntiMormon AO!!

  • Congratulations!! I am very proud of you!!! And very happy for you!!!

  • Congratulations!! I am very proud of you!!!

  • Actual history, or Anti Mormon propoganda? Not once did you say that you went to FAIR. I do agree with you about one thing. You can not be happy in the Mormon Church or anywhere if you are doing something you do not want to do. You also can not be happy outside the Mormon Church if you are doing something you do not want to do. Happiness comes when you do the right thing, and you want to do the right thing, and yes sometimes that can be difficult and sometimes if not possible.

  • This religion is not about social pressure, its wether Joseph Smith is a prophet or not and Christ has a body of flesh and bone or not. we as Christians are bound by Gods laws as well.

  • @shitbama speak English fuckwad. No one understands fuckstick language.

  • 0:09 Dan get off the table!

  • @MorrisonEnterprise lol you called it! ;)

  • @MorrisonEnterprise GET OFF THE SHED!!!

  • What a lovely, brave and independent person you are growing to be, Heather.

  • Those cheezy burgers looks great =]

  • There is way more to this story then she is letting on. Makes you wonder what was going on in her marriage that made is so rough and unfulfilling. Something in the marriage made her miserable, I wonder if she cheated on her spouse or something. There is clearly much more to this story.

  • @wagmaster5000 Yeah... these stories all make it so "Green on the other side", but a lot of these people are every bit as weary and miserable as before. They just manage to put on a face for a 5 or 10 minute video.

  • @ImLDSRU2

Mormons are much better than that! They can "put on a face" for a whole 3 hours on a Sunday!!

I know it takes work to be able to do that, but with lots of practice...well...the results speak for themselves.

Don't believe me? Just go to your local LDS Ward House (chapel) of a Sunday and check out all those plastic faces with the forced smiles! It just makes you...GIDDY!!

  • @42apostate You are a very evil minded person.

  • @ImLDSRU2

And it takes a totally self-absorbed and self-righteous Zealot to make that kind of a judgement.

  • @42apostate Uhh.. no. It takes someone who objectively looks at what you have actually done. Of all the posts you have made, none of them have been as disturbing as this one. Not because it "bugs" me or makes me doubt my faith or any such nonsense like that. Rather it is because this post is sad and horrible evidence that there is something very deeply wrong with you. In a profound way.

You REALLY need to repent of your problem and get your head fixed.

  • @ImLDSRU2

I see ALL of your posts as having that very element of a "disturbed" mind, not just ONE post.

I recommend that you do some serious self-examination--with a professional experienced in treating cult victims. There is always at least one characteristic common to victims of all forms of abuse. One of those is "blame". Blaming others for THEIR damaged mind and damaged spirit. The pro. can help you in your recovery.

In the meantime, stay on your LDS, mind-altering, drug-of-choice...

  • @42apostate yeah yeah yeah. You area anti-Christ and it is your nature to lie about all kinds of things, including the Saints of God.

In addition, you have a very troubled and sad mind.

  • @ImLDSRU2 I followed the suggested vids on the last exmormon vid a moment ago to see if you were bad mouthing other exmormons and here you are again.. 42apostate has got you pegged.. you blame the exmormons for being .. mentally ill. You are the one with at very troubled and sad mind.. do you torment others too? I have relatives (exmormon) that told me that people like you existed.. they were straight on the mark.

  • @daNDayati Uhhh.. no. I don't blame ex Mormons for all kinds of stuff. You are wrong. What's wrong with you that you have to chase me around youtube and harass me?

  • @MormonFacts1 Yes, in fact I go to church every Sunday where worthy priesthood holders (men) bless the sacrament. But our services include an opening and closing prayer where men or women may pray. You should check it out! :D

From an outside perspective it may seem like our church is changing, but we believe in modern revelation. We believe that God hasn't just left us. He continues to teach and reveal new revelations to us. Thanks for your concerns!

  • @ConstantSurprises haha perhaps that is why tim leary called it the LSD of the 1990s

  • @MormonFacts1 Yes, I read the RfM boards too! I actually pity the members but hate the greedy leaders. The leaders are hatefilled men, every single one of 'em.

  • @neil73 Greedy leaders? What do you get out of spending thousands of hours in the mormon church? Not a single penny. How is that greedy?

  • @painlessreborn What if it was false? Is that a reason to insult someone's religion?
