Incredible Coda - for once the notes told a story, the phrases were distinct (as were the two hands). Almost always this ends up in a whirling muddle of notes about as clear as mud. This was just amazing!!
Technically, this was a really fine performance. I liked it very well. However, the interpretation was in some cases lacking...there were moments that really should have had energy that they didn't, and moments that had energy that they shouldn't have. But it was still good. You can only EXPECT the critic to go for what he likes...

she did very well! awesome cromatic thirds in the right hand, that's very difficult. and the syncopation towards the end, awesome! 5 stars : )

It all sounded the same. Zimmerman plays the coda with more variety.
