the only reason people go zunes abrick is they compare 30.80,and120gb with 4 gb ipod nanos ......... oh can ipod have background no zune can though and zunes 30 80 120 are smaller and have a bigger screen then 30-120gb ipods

Dude i dont think you have not even try the new zune because battery life its not even close to the ipod classic, and your saying its better??? iPod classic advertize battery life is 30hours and it gives you 45hours the new zune says 30hours and it don't even give you 17hours just ask Cnet that did the review. Also zune screen its not as bright as even the old ipods because its not LED, dont even say you use Wifi syncing because it nearly takes 5 minutes to sync 2 songs

The Wifi Syncing is not to initially download your Zune library. In the Zune description, it distinctly explains that the Wifi Syncing is to update your Zune of any songs that you have added to your zune.

Yeah I had the same problem... then my player's HD died on me. BUT it wasnt a Zune. The file might just be incomplete or corrupt. Erase it, and rip it again. It should be fine. If it happens again, you might want to call customer services cause you may have Hardware issues.
