Anyway don't worry, THERE'S NO BLASPHEMY in these sentences, I assure you.
"Porca menta" doesn't exist in Italian. Most commonly we use to say "Porca miseria" (damn it, blast it and so on...)
The Italian moriarty has a Turinese accent and the mint (menta) is a common stereothipe of the Piedmont (or rather, I think so).
"Porca l'oca" is a very popular swear used in the North of Italy (especially in Piedmont and Lombardy)
