people weren't taking the buy outs like AA wanted them too. Now the UAW see's no other way but to take it to them. hoping that giving AA the high hard one will do the trick.
I was in the teamsters when our local contract ran out. we worked for a year at the same pay with no contract. We'll never see the real reason for this strike. The pay cut is just the cover for the real story.
