  • I actually prefer this roll to a frontal roll being a paekourist myself. When I do the frontal roll from somewhere high and to concrete it hurts my shoulder (I am doing the roll properly) this one however is more comfortable and doesn't hurt.

  • if you don't mind me asking, could you test this roll on concrete please and film it from that hight because this roll seems a little too uncontrollable for my taste that film might prove me wrong. and thats coming from a guy who can do a no handed roll blind folded without jumping.

  • You said this roll took off 50%? Well... Normal roll takes off 70% soo, yeh.. Good vid tho :]

  • Don't mean to dis you but you do NOT want to make this roll natural...nor even practice it because of the damage you can do.

    Why?

Your spine is making the most possible contact with the ground...Who cares if your putting less stress anywhere else...Would be better to sacrifice your legs then your spine!

Let me ask you this...You ever do this on cement?

You want to do a shoulder to hip roll on almost everything.

  • Perfect Doing !

    Helped me a Lot !

    5/5

  • way to whisper in the video.

  • I'll probably just remake the vid if there's another good day, my new camera should be here in a couple days.

  • @WalkinonWalls I think if you just remove the music it will be better... also you can get noise reduction software to get rid of the background noise

  • Good!

  • 1:40 that was a good roll

  • good man. this is good
