  • great work :)

  • WOW!!! So many different reverberations at one time. this guy really know how to play. i wish i could get a hang of the circular breathing for this insturment

  • @shamusparks The technique my teacher used was this: (took me just an hour to learn) Take a glass, fill it for 1/3rd with water, take a straw and blow bubbles in the water. Restrict the airflow by squeezing the straw, fill your cheeks with air as you blow and use this amount of air to keep blowing bubbles (in the same way you squirt water out of your mouth) while you inhale air through your nose. Keep practicing this with less pressure on the straw until you master it. Good luck ;).

  • @shamusparks Or you could go the traditional route: Practice. It took me seven months before I could circular breath like second nature, man. Practice until your lips go numb and bleed. Practice until you hate the didjeridoo for being such a cruel teacher. Practice until you love yourself and the whole world. Pratice until you are no longer playing the didjeridoo, and only giving breath to spirit.

  • super!

  • what do you think about djemdi live 2007, is that the right way of playing...i think there are many ways of playing.should i go for more remix or just stick to normal

    ??

  • @Jaganot I believe that when a real musician makes music, he can afford to play like he wants.

I once heard a musician that has crippled an entire audience by playing a bottilia beer and doing the vocals.

That, to me, it was an enlightening experience.

This "live djemdi" makes very very good Misic.

Here, if I may speak my mind, I find that when a didj player-plays and, while shaking his hand, I do not like.

    Ascolta

    Trascrizione fonetica

    Dizionario - Visualizza dizionario dettagliato

  • that rithm sounds like goa trance =D

    Very very good!!

    Congrats! You're a good player.

  • @menuno69 Thanks. Many thanks.

  • your didj stuff is awesome. :D i'm still having trouble creating the drone with my cheeks alone as opposed to my lungs. all i get is a toot/fart noise. any advice? i've been trying to find someone who can answer my question and i've searched books, dvd's, and all over the internet. any ideas?

  • @zenesthesia thanks. I reply on youtube email

  • @febi51 Wow. Could you copy/paste that same reply to me. I'm in the same boat as Zenesthesia. Thanks!

  • @think41c ok

  • @febi51 Same to me too please! thats the only thing thats holding me back from progressing! Thank you so much!

  • @zenesthesia come onto the ididj forum and join up, cool ppl on there with 400+ members, do a google search for ididj forum and go from there :-)

  • Amazin! What a sound!! Keep goin!!! :)

  • @Dannydogmouth I continue, thanks

  • woww, sounds so clean.

  • @theangrycow22 too clean?

  • @Ozscii I do not know how to explain to you.

    To me it comes naturally.

This is perhaps the only "effect" that has given me a learning disability.

I think it is important to find a loud sound that resonates with the wooden tube.

    My advice?

Try singing with several high notes and you'll find a note that is noisy most of the others.

That note is the right one.

  • Que magnifique!

  • @RivenrockGardens Oh, thanks.

  • Quanto tempo ci è voluto per imparare a giocare? Si gioca molto bene.

  • @dvsmike I play the didj for almost 11 years.

The video has been place in August 2007.

Continuing to play, I discover something new.

  • soothes my soul thankyou

  • @splintify Very good!

  • awsome talent

  • @walkabout29 too kind...

  • No one is in a prison if they can set there mind free. And by the way it might seem to be in the this vid Febi51 will never be in prison. Looks might not be what they seem. i drum in a empty wearhouse for the echo. So i am guessing the playing the dig in a room with nothing in it must make it sounds a 1000 times better. i wish i could hear that live.

  • @oncewasable

Unfortunately, I understood little about the meaning of your comment.

I understand little of the English language, and the translator of google just helps me.

    Anyway thanks for the comment.

  • THAT was one hell of a big joint!

    Nice tune.

    Vous voyez un médecin.

  • are you in jail?

  • no.

  • Stupendo! Complimenti davvero!

  • grazie grazie

  • What is the size of the bell?? is it in the key of G? beautiful

  • The objective of the camera tends to enlarge the first floor.

In fact, the bell is smaller

The size is about 15 cm.

    The Didj is in E.

    Thanks for the appreciation.

  • At 2:28 - 2:30 you make a series of "deep" noises. How do you make these noises? It sounds so awesome and I'd love to be able to produce it on my own didj.

  • If I understood well what you mean, this is what is called "ball" or "stopp".

Must produce a "spit" trying to tune the second harmonic.

More than that, I can not tell you

  • hey mate, just to add to what febi51 said..

that sound your hearing is also known as a 'toot' you can produce it by tightening your lips almost to a pucker as though blowing a trumpet and giving a sharp breath. This will make a sound 1 harmonic above the normal sound of the didj.. give it a go you can even hold the sound for an entire breath just like blowing a trumpet

  • That's a huge ass didge. Love it though, man. Keep the groove going.

  • thanks...

    very nice

  • how do u circular breath like that?

  • after 10 years of practice, circular breathing becomes a fact quite natural

  • @febi51 You should really do an instructional video man

  • On youtube there are already some videos covering the subject of "circular breathing".

    My intervention is unnecessary

  • Dude. Love the music and Im diggin the jump-suit. :D

  • thanks,

    very nice

  • How long have you been playing?

  • about 10 years

  • is he circular breathing?
