  • Can You play it again?

  • @TheGfilms

    what do u mean?

  • sorry man you don't even do it properly. you'll damage your knees if u continue like this. try land softly on your last stem and then jump high then flip. don't consetrate only on spinning, first jump high and then spin.

  • @DangerousSk8r

ty for advice, but how do you know that i damage my knees? it doesnt hurt for me

  • @DangerousSk8r i used to front flip the same way as u and i thought it was right. but the pain comes after months and u don't even realize it. i damaged my knees and wasn't able to do front flip for a while. then i found a tutorial on youtube that tought me how to frontflip properly and since then i can easily do that flip but sometimes my knees hurt cuz the damage is already take and im telling u this so u don't make the same mistake. safety comes first. take it slowly and don't risk ur health

  • You need more style.

  • dude you jump forward instead of jumping up ^^^^^^^

if you'll do that you front flip would be amazing!!!!!!!

  • if jump up i land crouched .. but foward i land standing up ... so jump foward little and tuck and realease really fast or you will land crouched

  • k i need help on my fronts... i seem to go sideways and land on my butt when i do it... my friend (who can front) says that i pull faster down on 1 arm then the other....

  • I still can't "jump high"...what do you mean high steps...? :\

  • @Justin13L

high steps? umm, big steps. dont know how you call it, but like walking widely forward. dont know :D

  • @Dariusxas i got a problem, i dont know how to untuck, that's why i got a faceplant, can you help me out? i think the untuck part is the hardest cuz its too fast for me to recognize when i should untuck

  • @ch3mj0

I don't think when to untuck when I am rolling in the air (doing front flip). It comes in time. Just try to tuck. First try to practice from higher ground to lower for some height, so you will be more comfortable. ;)

  • I looked at tutorials for front flips, I ended up doing one by growing a pair of nuts and trying on the ground and landing. It's all confidence.

  • i posted a video reponse can u tell me what im doing wrong

  • I USE 1 LEG FOR MOMENTUM

  • Oh... so ... when you tuck .. you untuck ass soon as you tucked ?

  • @NocLi3

everything happens like in 1 sec, so i think yes, but if you just touch and release it will go wrong, you need to hold for a while. touching would take like 0.2 sec, and holding 0.5 sec. just a little bit hold. later it will does automatically. :) you automatically know when to untuck

  • i was wondering if you could see my video and tell me what i need to improve on

also.. what you do to lose the fear of doing it in the grass when you beeing doing in the matress for a month?

  • @warpce5ar

i saw the video, and i can say that i was doing it JUST LIKE YOU. On two matresses, landing on my back, later on my butt, but i just keep trying. maybe tkaing ur matresses outside, could help you, because you will not be afraid to fall forward (and do not smash into the wall) and you can run more and faster. if you cant, keep practising.

loss of fear on grass: i didnt at first, i did it not on two, but on one matress, and i did better on one. when i kept landing full i did it ongrass

  • @Dariusxas well then it seems im following all the steps right... today i took the matress outside and when i came back i saw your comment, so .. thanks! now i know im on the right track!.. today i tryed on the grass a few times (i fooled myself by steping in the matress then filping and falling on the grass to feel what is like)

see ya man, keep it cool

  • MLDC

  • @MrBmxman11

first time was without it because i didnt had it. and it was not on grass either, i did it on wooden floor

  • i find it hard to get hight because i always land crouched down and it looks shit.

    any advice? :)

  • @travismw2boy1

you will not learn it fast. not in a day, two or a week, two (??), it took me months to get better and everyone find their own technique. you need to know the basics. run, tuck, land. other you will learn your own, how you're are more comfortable with. if you're not landing on your back, just find a soft place and keep practising. :)

  • @Dariusxas well ive been going to a gym for a couple or weeks and i can land it there but when out on grass i can't seem to do it i know the blocking techique but i need to put it into practise

  • @Dariusxas hey man how many % i have to land on my feet and how many % to land on my neck

  • @deadlyh1t

If you still can't do it so 10% on feet, 0.5% on neck, 89,5% on back,(but you'll put your hands behind after few times).

0.5% on neck because i landed just 1 time on my neck. but it happened because friend suddenly made me laugh and i was in the air

  • @Dariusxas and what happend to you?

  • @deadlyh1t

    it hurt for 3 days

  • For some reason i cannot tuck in correctly-.-

any advice how to learn it?

I usually try it on 2 mats and land on my back...

  • @Aenggd

on 2 mats. that's good training. because if you ever land it you can probably easy do it on ground because 2 mats is a bit high obstacle to jump on.

how to tuck correctly?? just try to reach not your knees, but your ankles. and grab them. this actually helped me. (for real) now i tuck in knees, not thighs like in the video.

  • @Dariusxas

I always try to push off the ground with my hands like a front handspring-.-

How long will it propably take to learn this? I feel like a noob because I tried like 50 times yesterday and just got 1 on my feet...

  • @Aenggd

no, if you're doing it like front handspring, maybe you're doing webster, not front flip. they're two different moves.

  • @Dariusxas

i think i am doing something between frontflip and webster o.O

  • @Aenggd

upload your video, would be good.

  • insted of tucking in put your hands uder your legs and that might help a bit

  • i am practising to learn front flip on straw i have practising in 2 days and i get better and better. will it take 4 month to learn it good?

  • @markuscoollife

if you're doing better and better you should learn it in 4 months of course. just don't overload yourself.

  • saunuolis :)

  • @iloveauth

    dekui :)

  • were did u get the safety mat from ????

  • @bumblebeenath

    Bought it.

  • @Dariusxas Thats not where you got it, that is how got it.

  • @Geoffburitto

  • wow

    so nice

but im afraid to do it

    oh

i wanna ask friend about the song

    it's so nice

    who's the singer please

  • @alhmeli

    009 Sound System - Solo

    :)

  • i wish i could land it like you :P i can do the only some times i dont know why :s

  • The snow is gone for 3 weeks i think, but it's freezing now and i think the snow come's back :P

  • Hey Darius watch my vid ''Front Flip :D'' thats a new one , have u tips for that its not perfect but still cool but ur the pro

  • @FRAT60

it is pretty nice :) but.. you said "winter". :D where's snow? :D

  • hey yr pretty good lol how long did it take u it took me like a month to learn the whole thing ~keep up the great work~

  • thx for ya tips bro u rock :)

  • ye i think i start when the summer begin and then i going to train really much :)

sorry for late reaction cos i did install windows 7 and had some problems it's now ok :) but doesn't leg exercises help with the heigh sorry for stupid asks cos i do a little hop but i land always now with my fingers on the ground if ou understand :)

  • @FRAT60

Yes, jumps helps you, but as I said you need to do a small blocking. When you run try to stop with a little jump (not big) and then rotate. This increase your height, then you jump up, not forward.

  • yeah i tryed yesterday but it was a epic fail i slipped damn hard xD

But im afraid i cant do it anymore after the winter :(

ps do you got msn ? :)

  • @FRAT60

    no

  • man I'm really surprised from you height in the snow thats really great.

but the snow still damps right? or i just do them wrong cos the fear i will slip

  • @FRAT60

ha :D I was kinda scared too, but you just need to find solid ground where you jump and soft snow where you land. To do the firsts and get over the fear. After one when I didn't fall I just wanted to do more and more. :P

In your videos you did front flip so it's good. You already did a front flip and now it's easer to get rid of the fear 4 you.

  • hey man nice ut how u get that high ! u dont even tuck some times look my vids ''Front Flip'' ,maybe u can see what i do bad ''Front Flip''

  • @FRAT60

Small blocking could help you. Just do very small jump before Front flip. When I did big blocking I landed very low or not landed at all. Now I do small blockings and they're easy to do and I'm not scared to do them now even on a cement. :) Remember. Small blocking.

  • @Dariusxas thx for fast comment i will try, but there's now snow here. :( but will it help with the high?

cos i never had gym or something i just teach my self, so i dont know anything about blocking :P

and sorry for my bad english :)

  • @FRAT60

your english is good compraring with some my known friends "Russians" :D

And snow is not a problem. I got 1 video when I'm doin' it in winter time. I started learning front flips exactly in winter :) P.S. I teach myself too.

  • i can almost land them but im basically squatin as low as yu can possibly. how do i get it to the point that im not doin that?

  • @danny1982johnson

I think you tuck too long. But you need to try tuck hard. It means, to tuck not knees, but deeper, like, grab not your knees but the wrist near your foot. Then you will spin very fast

  • @Dariusxas thanks man i'll try that out

  • how do i get my legs positioned right on the no tuck?

  • @LeadheavyCRANK

pull your legs to your chest as close as you can

  • Good work.
