i remember this wonderful moment when Xander sees Spike standing outside the house with flowers for Joyce and accuses him of trying to move in on Buffy when she's upset. Spike says that Joyce was the only one of them who was ever decent to him and he really liked her. Eventually he drops the flowers and storms off. While Xander goes on about what a bastard Spike was Willow picks up the flowers and says "Xander. There's no card." That always made me smile in a sad way.

Not really, it's just this episode doesn't show what Buffy is all about. It does extroadinarily well in the tears department but Fool for Love shows all aspects of the show.
