maybe its just me but this song seems like a vent for the frustrations of touring the country in a small car to get your music out there... which im sure isaac has had more than his fair share of in his lifetime.
imagine riding in such a confined space with the same people for over a year or two all across the country and maybe canada... no room for privacy and any personal issues you have to get over while being inches away from the person your pissed at.

It's "Arctic Sounds" by the way. Isaac has some odd pronunciations.
And "I wrote my name on the sun" is right. I really like this song, too.
