it just actually speed up your menu bar to come up faster. it doesnt speed up your computer. cleanup&defrag your computer occasionally n it should be faster.

This doesn't speed up your computer, it turns off a special effect. All it does is tell Windows to open submenus as soon as the mouse reaches them, instead of waiting until the mouse rests there if you're sure you want to open the menu.

hello? the reason they didnt put fast menu's in was because 1-2 people had a seizure in the beta of windows 2000, thats why they slowed it down

if you are worries about messing with your computer because your knowledge with them isnt too great then just stick to disk clean up every week and disk defragment every month, also delete your internet files every once in a while and this will do the trick.. :-)

Not really faster.

Just makes the speed for the Start Menu so it doesn't take like .05 of a second delay to open it and your all programs thing

Or restart in DOS mode, type format, and reinstal.

yeah man 4 real it does increase your speed...but i don't get it why they appear SP2. SP3...and instead of maikng your PC to work easily they do the opposite thing...you shouldn't be doing this thing all the timw the windows should have it in it...and vista is also crap i have tested it it sucks more than 200 bitches at the same time...

Looks like they changed the made a partition for you. So now your Hard Drive has 2 sections: C:\ and D:\. That's a good thing.

Thanks for answering! .. the problem that arises is that the memory d: is saturated very fast and this makes you have to delete some files or components, also in connection when I get a message that says "virtual memory is slow '... and compressed memory d: and still remains the same ..... thank you very much for your time.
