Yeah, that one did kind of get past me too, as to how the term "frame" could be used when all of the info Halderman threatened to divulge seems to be essentially true, and even more strangely so, not denied. Dave's literally TRIPPING ALL OVER HIMSELF, "apologizing" (in Dave's own inimitable way, which has to include yucking it up, and seemingly "cheapening" any "appology" at every opportunity. Strange indeed. Great post!

So let's see here...if it doesn't hurt U, it's alright. As long as DAVE is THE BEST TALK SHOW HOST, it's OK BY U. AS LONG AS U ignore that the FIRST 2 meetings between DAVE's lawyers *apparently* were not recorded (so to not incriminate DAVE'S MOTIVES, AND INDICATE THAT THIS MAYBE WAS NEVER "EXTORTION" AT ALL). LASTLY, IT'S "OK WITH U", because U DON'T HAVE TO WORK IN DAVE'S OFFICE AND FEAR LOSING YOUR JOB AND FUNCTIONING IN A HOSTILE WORK PLACE IF U DON'T PUT OUT FOR YOUR (seeming) HERO, DAVE?
