just to answer the question of is iCarly American? Yes, she is, and because she hasn't spread out of the USA too much yet, BABW came up with the Glitter Bear for elsewhere that was released at the same time and is basically the same bear minus the necklace and foot that has iCarly on it :) Very nice bear, still debating if I'm gonna get her, though I did get the dragon :)
