I firmly believe Roy's problem with the Cowboys is confidence.. I think once his confidence is good, he will be a solid WR for the Boys.. I am not saying he will be Randy Moss or anything.. But his numbers will be good.
@ColdGripHandle Roy also admitted that he was running bad routes. He admitted that in an interview during the 2009 season. He also had quite a few drops where Tony hit him directly in the hands.
@ColdGripHandle Agreed on Roy. Actually, Romo has taken responsibility for quite a few things that have gone wrong. I'll be honest, I didn't like Romo at first but, I also had to remind myself that he's not the only one on this team either. Hard to play good ball when you're being chased for your life every other play and, having your QB (no matter who it is) throw the ball 40-50 times a week doesn't help either. I think Garrett finally figured that out. No running game? No success.
@TheTexanBorn The silly part is that once Garrett figured out they needed to run the ball they forgot how to pass the ball.
I'm not saying Romo is a bum actually Romo did well when he was throwing 50 times. Even when they decided to run the ball it was ineffective Felix Jones's stats are ridiculously low.
That line has been messed up since that Philly 44-6 loss
@ColdGripHandle Agreed sir! Oh, and that line was messed up before then. The line, right along with the dropped passes, was the reason we lost to the Giants in the 2007-2008 playoffs.
damnitt. i dont know why the cowboys dont pass to roy...its not like everything he did in college and detroit was luck. he could still do just as well if not better with the cowboys.
not sure where that speed and agility went but still looks close, only catch when WIDE open and drops at 1st contact

@TheTexanBorn Its good to see someone being accountable I think he was saying that to be nice.
But anyway you never see Romo being accountable like Roy for his accuracy and bad passes. Roy has a lot of class

T.O and Row Williams at Wide-outs. WOWOW
maybe the best two wideout duos EVER.

hahahha they didnt do anything!!!

They really didn't get a chance to. Roy mesed up his ankle at end of year. And then was playing with Brad Johnson for his first 3 games.
I didn't expect Roy to produce THAT season. I do expect him to produce this upcoming season tho.
BishopRealTalk 3 years ago
Yeah... If his route-running is half-decent, Romo can get him the ball. A lot. Especially if he's in single-coverage.

No. that's the worst. That's like saying Moss and Owens the best wideouts togeather.
