ive been doing parkour for abouot two months and i can kong vault, double kong ,dash vault, thief vault, turn vault, speed vault and lazy vault.....once you overcome the fear of parkour you can do anything

Should I learn this vault first? I have confidence issues as far as jumping over things goes... Any tips on getting the confidence to do it for a beginner?

i learned the lazy first- I still can't speed-vault although i can Kong and Dash- i think its just what feels more natural to you -- Just use whatever movement is more helpful =)

i'm a beginner. i lear fast! ;)

i startet out with a regular vault. this one's the easiest. you just put your arms on something and jump over it.

after that i learnt the lazy vault, the monkey vault, speed vault, turn vault, etc. and now i only need to learn the dash and kong vaults and i'm done with the basics :)
