Wheatley's voice on this video is what Wheatley sounded like BEFORE they released the video game Portal 2, Valve later then completely changed the tone and pitch of the voice and then release the game in 2011. which is why you all are confused and angry that "THIS IS NOT WHEATLEY!" remember that this Machinima. Machinima have access to video games before they come out. which is why wheatleys voice is like this in this video. i hope this was a help to all of you.

This voice was pretty okay. However, is it just me, or does Wheatley sound like he has something in his mouth half the time?

Overall, I prefer the voice they went with instead, really because voices make an impact on the character. Merchant's voice made Wheatley sound bumbling and adorably dorky. This voice makes him sound more sneaky, yet still pretty bumbling. Doesn't quite give off the same vibe for him.

I love his "I think she likes you!". I wish that was in the final draft of the game. LOL

I love the Steven Merchant voice much better, but the only thing that I really like about this guy is that his talking matches much better with the movements.
