nope people think its like when your in the pool but it isnt just put a unheaped teaspoon of salt into your pot or whatever you plan to use and lean your head tilted downward and it just fallls through your nose. first time i did it i thought it wasnt working cause it didnt feel of anything but it really helps

this will make you think clearer, mucous can be anywere in your body, once you have to much mucous in one location of your body i believe it will become a disease.

as far as i know mucous is formed from ingesting hazardous substance into the body I.E. cooked food, and your body produces it to prevent this food to enter the blood stream and there for you have a coating inside your body preventing circulation.

Do a search here on YouTube, and you'll find 281 videos, so clearly there's an interest. This video alone has generated close to seven thousand hits in a little over a year, while over the same time period, all four of your videos have gotten, what...maybe 500 hits? Maybe we should be asking you why you film what you do.
