It is high time Pacquiao flex his business acumen. Once his contract with Top Ranks expires, he could put up his own boxing promotions. If Oscar has Golden Boy, Mayweather has Mayweather Promotions and Hatton has Hattons Promotions, he could do it too. He has his own boxing record to flaunt. There should be ONE ruling body internationally, and ONE body in every country, where only a national of that country can fight for that belt. The international belt is up for grabs by everyone.

But of course, to merge all the different belts into one would mean the folk at the top losing their cash, so, aye, boxing is doomed.
