LOL, thus guy was doing 20 mph over the limit while looking through his cd's and swerving through his lane. He'd slow down as if he was going to let me pass him (didnt want to be close) then speed up. I just burst out laughing then.

When traffic is already slow, distracted drivers probably slow down traffic a bit. One time I saw someone play their guitar.
