It's the Dreadnought form. Get Royal Guard to level 4. For xbox: RB>back>B, PS3 is: R1>back>Circle

Not sure about PC.

@DevilMaycry4Fan44 huum i dun kno how u got this error , FIRST MAKE SURE THAT UR PC CAN HANDLE THIS GAME then try to update direct x , graphics card, sound card ,physx(even if u dun ati) and reinstall the game (solves most of problems), if after doing all these it still dun work u can always redownload the game see link on my other video /or buy game .
