Man... Puerto Vallarta sure isn't what it used to be. Sure it can be a blast but better stay in the tourist areas for sure. They have plenty of law enforcement but wouldn't want to be in the middle of a shoot-out. Cabo San Lucas still "feels" relatively safe. Hope it stays that way.......
