  • Nice video! I grew up in Windham and can only remember seeing a train on this line twice, when I was really little in the early 1980's. Last train went through in 1984.

  • where's a big old freight train when you need one? :)

  • what in gods green earth is this??? is it legal? i'm blown away.

  • I want one of those speeders!

  • Is that section officially abandoned? What exactly is NARCOA?

  • That sure is cool. Looks like you were out in the middle of no where. Do you Geocache? Another use for that GPS. Amateur Radio would come in useful out in the middle of now where as well. Great video.

  • Lots of fun. I am a HAM Radio operator, and my HT does come in handy on those rail trips. As far as geocahing goes, I have over 200 to my credit, but while riding the rails now a days I spend more time looking out for geocachERS rather than looking for the geocaches themselfs!

  • ive been to that train museum i think

  • all the way to windham?

  • Yep, we rode over 80 miles rounds trip.

  • wow. ive been walking on those tracks i think. did guilford get rid of that when they took over mec ? i heard that par is closing some other big line up in northern maine. im not 100% sure though

  • I wonder how much it would cost to build one of these..

  • That's pretty slick. How long do you get out of a single charge? What kind of power plant are ya'll running? I'd love to do something like that some day.

  • what it that you were on?
