  • Ahh yes chuck mosley the orignal wesely willis

  • Mosley is awesome in this album

  • haha I didn´t know this song was originally from We care a lot and I have no troubles with Mosley but definitely Mike does it better by far.. After being used to listen the Angel dust version, this one sounds like a rarity or a b-side, or somebody´s cover lol...

  • I <3 chuck mosely

  • cant stand the vocals but i love the rest of the song

  • wow.. the patton version is so much better...

  • I agree with the goofing around part in regards to Patton, but that's what makes Angel Dust and KFaDFFaL so goddamn memorable. It's so dynamic and insane at times. Every time I listen to those albums I seem to find new stuff that blows my head off

  • @teamgod definitely dude..

  • @bea5ToloG Mike does often goof around but he has his passion too.. you can't work as hard as he has in music and not have some kind of passion for it. Chuck has his relevancy too. Also entirely unrelated to that, for some reason I like the keyboard riff on this version better... It sounds so weird.

  • Mike Bordin, YOU ROCK!

  • Love this! I always skipped this song because I thought the title was un-clever. A++++++++++++

  • Freaking awesome song. It's always hard to beat the original so Mike always had his work cut out singing this one.

  • Freaking awesome song.

  • and the lyrics really hit a spot.. this song goes out to a lot of people, i'm sure.

  • the piano intro is sick

  • I'm a massive Patton fan but this is still the best song ever written and recorded, the Mike Patton version is a close second.

  • one of my favorite songs ever, i sing this shit till my throad explodes!!!, and if you think faith no more sucks, go see them live and you will change your mind, that´s for sure!!

  • I like Moseley, his vocals may have been obnoxious, but obnoxious in a really nice way...and there's no doubt that can actually hold a tune when he needs to

  • this song is fantastic, i love it, great lyrics,i have the vynil and i still sing this song till my throad hurts!!!

  • good song, patton f^cking rocks this tune though. chuck was ok, but pattons like a whole other level. genius, man.

  • The best FNM album

  • Being that they covered them selves for the album Angel Dust just shows how ahead of their time that they really were.

  • Roddy is the best keyboardist in rock and metal history hands down. He's fucking underrated like the rest of the band.

  • One of my favorites from this album. This one and The jungle.

  • lol this vocal performance is laughably bad, even for chuck. his lyrics are good though . chuck makes a much better punk vocalist

  • @cloudpierre Yeah, I must admit he would be better in a punk band. Still, it makes the band very unique.

  • chuck was good, but too monotone for the fnm albums that followed. patton is a genious & adds so much colour..mosley got me into fnm - patton got me hooked!

  • I like Faith No More with Mike, I like it with Chuck and I like the transition album between them which went by the name of The Real Thing. So I'm happy to have three different Faith No More to enjoy.

  • I wonder what the reak thing or angel dust would've look like with mosely on vocals

  • I wonder the same thing but instead of Mosely with Courtney Love...she was in the band for 6 months...

  • Chuck didn't have the vocal talent to front this band. He had a lot of heart though!

  • heart goes along way, man

  • William Hung had a lotta heart too....but

  • yeah but if you listen closely Hung actually hit the notes dead on. i know it's pretty funny

  • @madamico74 He didn't have great vocals but the lyrics he wrote are brilliant!

Mosely Lyrics + Patton Vocals = Epic Win

  • @CLeRKSfan4life Somebody posted a studio version of this song with Patton on vox... It's a friggin monster!

  • @Jumperkballs Yeah, that's my favourite version!

  • @Jumperkballs now what would be really badass is if patton would do the jungle

  • Dude!! Mike is soooooo much better on this song!!!

  • no,.......,,,.

  • Sucks Mosely destroys another potential classic

  • the band join roddy too early on this. i would love to hear just a piano version.

  • He's not bad. But Patton is such a talented singer...It's unfair to compare them, this reminds of Suicidal Tendencies early vox, really raw...Cool.

But, I still enjoy Patton more.

  • incredible, roddy's riff is simply amazing. So classic and shocking at the same time

  • chuck would be so much better if he just showed a little more emotion.

  • his singing isnt the best, but i think he has more passion than mike patton, who sometimes seems like hes just goofing around cuz he knows hes good

  • @bea5ToloG why did he leave the band or did he get kicked out or die, never knew what happened too him, might have to google it??

  • @rhythm2007mc As far as I know, he was kicked out due to his alcoholism! Personally, I like Mosley's stuff better than Patton's, even though Patton is the better singer by FAR! It might not have been alcoholism, but I'm pretty sure he was kicked out. Worked out for the better for FNM though, in the end!

  • @ElvisChrist6 yea, he did sound a bit messed up on some of the tracks lol, but I always put that down to a punk vibe, thought the early albums sounded funky with a punk vocal influence, loved it lol. Mosley has just or is doing gigs with them at the runion tours, some youtube videos about and their top :)

  • @rhythm2007mc Haha, yeah, indeed! I love his singing style. It sounds so lax at times, as well.

Oh, God, yeah, I saw some of them, they're amazing! He goes on stage to sing this song with them, as far as I know, and Death March, which is one of my favourite FNM songs, but goes largely unnoticed it seems!

  • @ElvisChrist6 I liked the we care alot track he done on the reunion, one of my favs oldskool fnm tracks

  • @ElvisChrist6 drugs and alcohol, he passed out before a couple concerts but they were all still on good terms with mosley though

  • @bea5ToloG hahaha I love that about Mike Patton.. he doesn´t "care a lot" ;)

  • if you seen there live performances with Mosley you'd restate that he was much better live and had a way better stage presence then patton

  • hell yeah chuck mosley was amazing and he is back!!

The version of Mike Patton is great too.

  • whats your problem man, dont listen to it if you dont like it

  • i changed my mind...its actually ok

  • cool is a grower for sure, chuck may not be the greatest singer but fuck it, adds to the charm of it i think

  • @1234guyperson : fuck yeah! this is the raw doggin' real shits right here, son.

  • i'm so glad chuck is back. the new album is great. i especially like the song nameless

  • what band is his new album with?

  • the Vandals Ugenst Allideracy but that's just his backing band technically he's a solo artist now

  • Comment removed

  • chuck had good ideas for vocals and was even a good lyricist but man did his voice suck...he sounds like a drunk version of goofy from walt disney...ok chuck lovers!!! now!!!! give me all the thumbs down you can!!! woohooo!!!

  • no argument in who has a better voice. it's gonna be patton every time. but you have to understand the era that this came from. this was a time when punk was kinda dying down. but it still had a strong influence on many bands back then. FNM was no different. and chuck seemed to fit that "we don't give a shit what he sounds like" attitude that alot of punk bands had. if you think about it....punk bands from the late 70's and early 80's weren't exactly noted for the singers voice.

  • That's absolutely right, i agree with your (very constructive) comment but i can only conclude that Chuck just wasn't suited for this band from the start and i guess history proved this true. Come to think of it, he would actually probably do a very interesting job in a band like Black Flag i guess

  • you're right again, chuck was not suited for this band. but chuck didn't get kicked out because of his voice, he left because of irreconcilable differences within the group. and then when patton came in his voice just blew the hell out of whatever chuck did with them. i remember the time before patton though, and chuck was a part of what FNM was doing in changing what we knew as metal/punk. i wont forget what chuck HAS given instead of HASN'T is my point. i totally dig patton though

  • oh yeah i totally agree with you. whenever i hear patton do a song chuck originally did then i tend to gag. when i said that patton blew chuck out of the water, i meant he took FNM to distances that chuck could never have dreamed of vocally. i think both singers have shined in their own right thru FNM tho. Chuck is making a comeback and has an album due out this summer some time. his first single entitled "Tractor" is already posted here on youtube. it's pretty kick ass. check it out.

  • he was in the Bad Brains for a while apparently

  • Chuck was a much better singer live. Just listen to some of the live recordings on YouTube. He could carry a tune pretty well.

  • Similar intro to You're no different off Bark at the moon by Ozzy from around the same time.

  • Time is on your side, you're young

    Don't waste your time today

I did not know that it is from this song

  • ahem...thnx for posting man or woman

  • no worrys woman or man

  • aaaaahhhhhhh yeaaahhhhhh
