  • well done you must be so proud of yorself

  • why was it prohibited?

  • @iAmAFan69 Two staff members came up to our table and told my German friend he could not use his video camera. I had a little Canon SD 700 then, a still camera, which did excellent video in those days with its stabilization and other features. The staff must have felt the little Canon was a joke and not good with video if capable of doing it at all. So I was allowed to use it. I am now using a Panasonic LX-5, another still camera but one which does excellent video.

  • @iAmAFan69 But a good point.....why was it prohibited? There's close to 150,000 hits on my video here so obviously the video was good PR for Excite. I've found that Thais here in Pattaya are for the most part clueless when it comes to logical thinking and the lack of being able to think logically extends to promoting their bars. Thankfully not all Thai bar owners are this way as I've met some good ones, an example of which is Pen whose bar I've shot in another video.

  • roll us your cap ting tong

  • after acouple of drinks best place togo me @18 of us had a great time drinks nearly half price nothink like walking street my advice take your bird with u

  • asian women so nice, I make many sex with them

  • This is an entertainment club which puts on live shows which include groups of dancers, a live band, light show, and fantastic costumes. It's a great place to take a date because the entertainment is clean. But yes, the music is way too loud, so you need to wear earplugs to save your hearing.

  • Its not a disco, its a cabaret club, if you want to keep your hearing dont go there, they have the music way too loud and the drink prices will give you a heart attack!

  • good video , but what program did you use to edit it ? good effects

  • @connect4glyn

Many thanks. Cyberlink Powerdirector is what I used. It was the number one rated video software reviewed by TopTenReviews which I had never heard of before. Other reviewers state it crashes often and this is spot on. Despite this and the necessity for constantly saving my work I got completely addicted to its special effects abilities, particularly its ability to do great transitions. In my opinion the transitions make the video.

  • @Fitswell1 I've tried a few different editing programs some of which have had good reviews, but I've had problems myself with crashes a lot when I try to watch the Vid, I keep hearing that it's coz I've got Windows 7 Pro?. Now i'm kinda lost, got lots of different holiday and business trip vids recorded on a really fucking expensive kick ass camera that I wana edit. So my question is: Does this program provide proper instructions and does get online updates i.e. is it Windows 7 Pro compatible?

  • @Durrok786

I've just been going over the Amazon.com software reviews. The new Corel Video Studio Pro X-4 is getting the best reviews and it appears to be very stable. Cyberlinks Powerdirector version 10 seems to be very well liked but also......many many users call it god awful buggy. I have recently upgraded to version 10. I am used to the Cyberlink product and feel it's easy to use and it has terrific features. But even version 10 freezes every time I do certain things

  • @Fitswell1 Who says it's cause you have Windows 7 Pro? That's horse crap. Albeit Powerdirector is a terrific program in many respects, I haven't in a single case found the company's technical support to be resolve a single issue of mine. Powerdirector was the top choice in Top Ten Reviews, also in P.C. Magazine. Corel got second place, in Top Ten and I think P.C. Magazine as well. Apparently the Corel Product is the best. I have it on my computer now. Just not used to it.

  • @Durrok786 As new as version 10 is there are TWO updates on the Cyberlink web site. Tech support advised me to install the latest update. I already had. Apparently Cyberlink is very aggressive in introducing new features but it is releasing very buggy software. Latest advice from tech was to not use my anti virus program, change my video resolution to 1024 by 768, change my drivers, etc. Truth is the fault lies in their software. I advise trying the Corel free trial.

  • Those bastards who asked to stop videotaping should be very grateful. If it was not for this video, I would not have even known about this disco. Now that I know about this disco, because of this video, I do plan to go to this disco when I am in Pattaya next time.

  • Respond to this video...

That's the great thing about tiny cameras such as the Canon 950 I used at X-Zyte when I shot this video. No one takes them seriously but they do great video. I jokingly refer to it as my James Bond camera. I have two professional Nikon still cameras, the D--1 X and the D-300. No way X-Zyte would let me in with either one. I wouldn't expect any go-go clubs to either and most Thai women working in these places would be terrified of the Nikons.

  • @Fitswell1 Actually, there is a go-go bar in Pattaya, called Secrets, which allows you to take photos and videos of the girls. In fact, the girls working there have to sign a work contract agreeing to it. Thanks for the information about the camera details.

  • @shenzhenprostitute

Secrets is not a go-go club. X-Zyte for that matter is a disco in name only as X-Zyte has entertaining floor shows. As you well know, Secrets had (and still has) an extensive forum before its night club ever came into being. Secrets is way ahead of most other night clubs here in Pattaya when it comes to marketing compared to most other night clubs here which do not come even close to what they should be doing to promote themselves.

  • @Fitswell1 Thanks for the clarification. I did not know that Secrets was not a go-go club. I have never been to Secrets myself and I was only making a guess from its web page.

  • @Fitswell1 Oh, by the way about the taking photo policy at Secrets, I came to know about that from reading Stickman's weekly nightlife column.

  • Go go clubs typically have a number of "dancers" on the stage at the same time, say 15 or so depending on the size of the club which is replaced by a "second shift" periodically. Secrets has these little stages scattered around where one girl dances at each one. Bar fines are lower than they are at the go-go's but higher than they are at beer bars. Food is available at Secrets but not in go go clubs. Marketing wise with most go go's it's monkey see money do.

  • The club's name is actually X-Zyte.
