the macbook air is just stupid, while the mac mini and mac pro are way over-priced.

While imacs and macbook pros are also a bit over-priced the amount on the mac mini and the mac pro is ridiculous, especially because a fully loaded mac mini is weaker yet costs more than an entry level imac.

@adobePC well obviously. which brings back my earlier point of the hardware build quality. it cost more. sure. but apple has a long standing policy of not making cheap products. and what do you mean apple doesnt care about customers? they happen to have the best tech support of any comp company. and if you have a problem, they will fix your machine, usually for free, even if your warranty is up. they have the best customer satisfaction of any electronics OEM out there.

The reason PC's have more customization options is because they can do many different things and have many different uses. A Mac on the other hand is only good for editing and surfing the internet nothing else. You will never see a VERY good gaming Mac whereas you could easily build a VERY good gaming pc. Not to mention compatibility problems both hardware and software. Almost everything is built for PC first then ported over.
