Only one false datum: 3:17 referring to the PTS/SP course, does not contain the policy "Fair Game" and does not teach a student these points mentioned.
It does teach how to "Confront and Shatter" suppression but that is just a title.
Having done that course twice, I can recall no part that instructs anyone to engage in illegal or harrassing actions.
