The Mosque will never be built. the local people don't want it. it will bring house prices down, the local Muslim community have petitioned against it cause they know that it's bankrolled by Islamic groups in Saudi Arabia. No amount of PR will persuade the people that Tablighi Jamaat is not a fundamentalist group, preaching Wahhabi fundamentalism. Maybe you would have gotten away with it pre 9/11.
