@weswmilton If that's the case, China shouldn't be "patrolling" (read: robbing innocent Vietnamese fishermen) at all in the vicinity of the paracel islands. Even better, Australians shouldn't patrol anything anymore because it's obvious you're not agreeing with someone defeding their own waters.
